Horrible. Not only were they rude but they rushed me and forgot TWO items from my order- jalapeño cheddar bites and my drink. On top of that there was no toy. What a waste of money the SpongeBob meal was.
Response to Owner Below: I did reachout to BK Support. They said they will not be doing anything. They originally said they’d give me a $10 coupon, but after the experience I had I never want to return to Burger King ever again. A coupon won’t suffice. I want the half of my order that was missing to be refunded. They refused.

They remodeled the interior! Much more open, welcoming layout. The employees are friendly and it is a quiet area for those who are not fans of loud, hustle and bustle type atmospheres. Food was fresh and no long wait. Recommend!

Three words: Burgers for breakfast. After finishing a 12 hour night shift, sometimes you're in the mood for something different than biscuits and eggs. That's when a Bacon King and Double Whopper really hit the spot.
Also, big thanks to the helpful lady at the window that recommended strawberry jam on the Croissantwiches. Game changing move that I wouldn't have tried otherwise!

Ordered 2 whoppers jr with just cheese and ketchup. Definitely regret it it was more ketchup then anything the burger was not fully cooked. If I didn't have to be to work I would have returned it.

Where's the beef? Their burger patties have gotten really small. They don't have anyone to help you with your order. They want to do use their self service ordering system.
It's really up down here never really same experience, some days I good service, good food!! Other's I wonder always good service food sometimes not in rotation , get some dry chicken, r cold fries r onion rings, I got onion rings and fries 1 day , love the onion rings never a fan of the fries. Other day ordered a large onion ring , GOT 4 RINGS , huge lettuce Chunk in my whopper. Just never know.

On 8/13/25, I placed a drive-through pickup order around 12:10 PM, as I often do. The woman working the pickup window—whose nametag I believe read “Natalie”—was exceptionally friendly and full of energy. It was such a refreshing change from the usual blank expressions you sometimes encounter in fast food service. Please pass along my thanks and appreciation to her. I hope you continue to find and keep employees with her positivity and enthusiasm.
