Very poor service yesterday morning!! One worker, didn't pay any attention to the customers! Kept retreating to the back.

The place was vibrant and clean inside, and the staff was friendly. Everything was well presented. The food was good, but a little under seasoned. A few more ingredients and passion will kick it up a notch.

A step up from Taco Bell and Del Taco, better than Moe’s, almost there with Chipotle. I had the mesquite steak and traditional ground beef tacos. Both super flavorful. Nice add-one including cilantro, which Chipotle’s usually refuses to put on tacos. My wife had the mesquite chicken bowl. She wasn’t crazy about the rice, and perhaps the sauce she chose. Wish they had a more red saucy sauce for the chips—pico doesn’t really dress a chip well. But will definitely be back! Will try a burrito next time!

Ordered online, and they didn’t start my order until I got there. I am waiting there for like 20 minutes and then the lady stops bagging my order, which is done, to start helping two other customers that come in I have to wait for the other two customers to order and get their food before I even get mine even though I was waiting there way longer.

Ok. Hear me out. The choices here are amazing! Definitely a great Chipotl3 contender ...however and I hope someone in corporate could see this ... the key here is the base... your quinoa? Excellent! ...your tortilla? Soft and yet sturdy to hold burrito contents...your rice?... this is where there is an opportunity for improvement... the parboiled rice does not do justice to the seasonings it has ... if you would shift away from parboiled and start with an industrial rice cooker and make that from scratch... I guarantee you that you will de-throne other burrito/taco/bowl places. The place was clean, inviting, and the service 👌🏼. Will definitely come back. Oh! And that raspberry lemonade? Primo!!!

Some weird low key racism here. Crazy poor service. The Indian or something lady helped up and got it all wrong (second time coming here in a row) which is whatever. But then at check out we asked for military discount and show the ID and she said no, no discount. The next family behind us (black) comes through and she says “hi are you military or first responder” and I’m like dumbfounded. He says “yes but I don’t have any ID” (clearly lying) and she gives him the discount (no id and clearly not) over me (active duty with an ID) very poor and odd experience here

Fresh and very good food. Generous portions. Very nice staff. Better portions than Chipotle!!!

Taco Tuesday at this location is where it’s at. Buy one get one free makes it a perfect deal, two upgraded tacos for only $7.50. The Bangkok shrimp taco was phenomenal and the build your own carnitas taco I made was also good. Loved the blackberry lemonade too. Will definitely come back here for the deal and maybe to try a few other things.

My wife and I enjoyed a great lunch. The food look so good and the taste was outstanding. The service was also great. We will visit California Tortilla again for sure.

Food portions were good. Food was fresh and flavorful. Tofu was fried when we ordered, so it was extra hot and fresh. The Wall of Flame put it over the top for me. So many options!

It was my first time trying this place. I ordered 2 caribbean mango salads. It was ready to go for pick up which was nice. However, when I got home both salads barely had black beans and they forgot mango salsa on both. Basically ate a plain tomato and romaine salad. I called 4 times but no one answered.

I tried their Thursday Burrito Deal and it was really good. The burrito was flavorful and satisfying. The service was quick, which I appreciated. They also have a fun wall of hot sauces, and I tried the red sauce from the table…it wasn’t too spicy, just right for adding a little kick. The only downside was that the sweet tea had an aftertaste.
