Ordered my food online. Got 5 minutes later to pick up my food. When arrived there, my food is not being ready nor cooked yet. Have waited 45 minutes for them to have it prepared. Disappointed how w the service and will not ever come back.

Worst seafood joint in the area! Seniors Wednesday is a scam! $9.00 for 2 pieces of breaded fish (more breading than fish), cold fries, no green beans again, no tartar sauce in bag had to go back for it and hush puppies. Cold Slaw not bad. Meal definitely not worth $9.00 This store needs to be inspected by the Health Dept. and most of all needs Adult Management, Supervision and courses in Food Service and Customer Service!! They are not ready to do business with the public!!

I ordered a jr.fish sandwhich cooked country add cheese that’s it!!! My sandwich was burnt and had hair on it so I sent it right back. I use to work at captain ds for 3-4yrs and country style fish is dropped fresh(main reason I get it), the piece I had was beer battered and then dipped in cornmeal then fried I could tell, that’s why it looked burnt. You never know who you are serving… Waited a little while for another sandwich and it didn’t have my cheese on it that I paid for n was on giant fish sandwich bread. At that point I just pulled off and left. Who ever is the manager on site is or shift leader should be ashamed. The store wasn’t even busy it just gave lazy.

The cashier didn't want to be there, mess my order up 3 times and when I asked for a receipt got an attitude. Was pulled up to wait for the remake of my food, the window cashier came out with bag, plate was side ways so the food was spilled into my bag. Went inside to request a refund a very nice young lady helped me, the kitchen staff was like " Whats wrong now" I let the young lady keep the refund and I left. Will not be returning no time soon.

Absolutely disgusted by the order I spent over $30 on. I called and spoke to the manager and was brushed off and told there is nothing that could be done unless the order was brought back (30 mins away). I had no sauces, sour cream etc. despite asking for extra and the quality of the food was horrible.
This is unsatisfactory and I have lost confidence in this establishment.
