Had a couple of issues with food quality once or twice, but the manager was completely on top of it right away and made sure that we were absolutely satisfied with everything. She's a younger ebony female with great customer relations skills who definitely deserves a pay scale that matches her higher quality of service. ????. In other words, she's a keeper and give her a raise in pay because she has earned it?!!!

We went this evening before 5pm. Service was rather slower than normal. We asked for a shrimp dinner with 2 fish, green beans and Cole slaw. I got 2 pieces of catfish dinner with fries and Cole slaw. First of all when we got home there was no shrimp in the one dinner the fish was cold and the Cole slaw was spoiled. My fries were old and cold also. Very disappointing as we usually enjoy our meals.

I ordered food from door dash it was wonderful but one thing that disturbed me the most is that y'all gave me a small piece of that Oreo cake for 6 dollars when I can go to regular stores and get me an Oreo pie for the same price a whole one at that y'all need to do better and y'all can have

I wanted to take a trip down memory lane for some fast food seafood. I think my last visit to a Captain D's was back in 1997. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this location. The food was prepared quickly (for Captain D's standards). My combo included two pieces of fish, two crab cakes, two sides, and hush puppies. I thought everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were pretty cool, and the dining area was very clean. Tip: Since Captain D's makes the food on the spot, I recommend making your order inside if there are more than two cars in the drive through.

I just placed an order on the app this evening, drove to the store and waited in line for a while just to find out they are closed before 6pm on a Saturday because they said don't know how to cook or give me a refund and that I'm not getting my food. So I'm left hungry, out about $50, and I'm out all the time I wasted waiting for food here and then going somewhere else and waiting again. What ever you do, don't order from the app, and don't bother going to this location unless you enjoy playing fast food roulette.

I didn't get a chance to try it after sitting at the drive thru window for 15 minutes with no response. Drove around to the front for a manger to lock the doors especially when the website says they close at 11. Kind of sucked because I wanted some fish.

Restaurant didn't provide half the order at first, when I returned to tell them (with receipt in hand) they refused to refund me for items that they "ran out" of.

My rating is based on feedback from my family. My limited diet restrictions there isn't much I can eat here. But when I pick up food for my family they are always pleased with the food. Sometimes you have to remind staff of condiments outside of that good place.
