We stopped here for a cupcake for a celebration and bought the gluten free strawberry crunch cupcake and it did not disappoint. There was strawberry puree filling and the frosting wasn't too sweet. Also bought a gluten free cherry pie. A few days later we went back and got the remaining pies they had. This was the best gluten free pie crust at any bakery across the country. The girl was very polite and didn't mind listening to my story about how we came across their shop. It was a pleasant experience across the board.

Sooooo sad I had a craving for cupcakes, I went in and the young lady was in the back, peeked in on me and said nothing. I thought ok she might be super busy back there. I made my choice she finally comes out to ring me out. She was just unhappy with her life and her job. I put a 5 tip in the jar not even a thank you.Any way I get in the car and the cupcakes had rock hard frosting I mean I picked up the frosting with my hand and my hand were clean no frosting, 8 mean the frosting was in tacked.the cake part was like dust falling apart. I was still out side the business I thought to go back in to show them but they know exactly what they were selling stale old cupcakes. AWFUL PRODUCT

I hired Carolina Cupcakery for my wedding cake. They have great customer service. The ladies I worked with were so sweet and friendly, and prompt to respond. I had a small wedding budget, and they worked with me to get the 3-tiered cake I was dreaming of. They were even willing to use the cake decor I had purchased on Amazon. Our cake was delivered on time and looked beautiful. Very happy!!

I have ordered cupcakes here in the past and thought they were pretty good so I ordered them again. This go round was very disappointing. The cupcakes were flavorless and the texture was weird; kind of underdone? Most of us did not even finish them. I was kind of embarrassed to have brought them actually. I won't be ordering from here again.

I wish I could give Carolina Cupcakery 10 stars. I called concerned about making my pickup time for my 30th birthday cake due to my son's delivery being moved up. Carolina Cupcakery not only offered to deliver the cake, but they also included extra cupcakes in my favorite flavor. They made me feel so special and loved. I am running to recommend them to anyone wanting a delicious cake with LOVING service.
The cupcakes are dry for the price and the icing - colored sugar. If you like that kind of cupcake this is for you. We tried $40 with of cupcakes because we wanted them for a wedding - I couldn't finish the first one - in trash.

One day when I happened to stumbled onto their testing weeks for new flavors, I got to the talk to one of them and they told me that they were testing out lavender and blackberry cupcake a few days earlier. Without asking, she offered me to make two extra for me to pick up later the next week. Not only their flavors are amazing but the service was the literal frosting to the experience. Thank you!
