Carrabba's Italian Grill

Dinner was ok. I had the crab cakes and Alfredo fettuccine. The sauce gave the crab cake its flavor because w/o it is was bland. My husband tried the pollo Rosa and enjoyed it. I wanted to sample wine before purchasing. I prefer dry reds but wanted to try something lighter and asked for a rosé. I was declined because they said it’s only enough for two cups once opened it. Never heard that before, so I requested a Cabernet after being told that the bottle was being open now the server then said they were all out. I looked up the price for the Cabernet and I understand the reason for the lie. Because if I didn’t like it I wouldn’t purchase the glass, but after looking at the wine options it appeared to be only available by bottle. Instead of lying the server could have shared that it is not available for sample and offer another option, but she didn’t so I just ordered a whiskey sour. I would love to give less stars. But normally service isn’t this bad and the truth is always better than a lie.

Did the Wine and food pairing celebrating Womens Month. Service was exceptional. Food and wine parings were very good. Would definitely do again.

Was here recently on an impromptu date night. There was a short wait of about 25 mins. Host was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our server was patient and made recommendations for us. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend for a date night.

My bestie and I had a girls day 2 week's ago, shopping and stopped in for an early dinner. Charles was an exceptional server! She ordered a chocolate espresso martini....I wasn't having one, but then stole a sip and bang!! Oh Charles!!! Pointed and he got me own!! Needless to say, she stole her sip back! 🤣 Food was spot on!! We had the meatballs, salad and veggie stuffed ravioli in a red pepper puree sauce, omg!!! So good! Charles was such fun interacting our shenanigans with! Thank you for a memorable meal!!

Loved our visit. Our power is out and needed to go eat dinner so we stopped in and had a great time! I forgot my waitresses name but she wore glasses and had really short hair, she was wonderful!!

Our server Charles was so great! He packaged our boxes for us and he was really sweet. He was funny and very informative. He checked in on us frequently and made sure we were taken care of.

Went here to dinner last night (felt really bad like an hour before close) but everyone was so kind still and so sweet made sure to keep checking on us. Our server Leethan was so sweet and he was so funny. I will definitely be going back and asking for him, he was amazing. :)))

Not going to lie when we first walked in it was not the most pleasant experience, but Janet and the manager Tony turned it around instantly!!! No need to dwell on the negatives because their customer service and how those chose to make up for lack of communication amongst the staff triumphed everything!! Thank you guys so much for turning this around and making things right!! Please make sure to visit and ask for Janet!!!

Charlie was an amazing server! He gave us the VIP treatment each time! Very pleasant! And the food is always great!

First time at Carrabba's, Absolutely GREAT!
Charles was great sever, very attentive, really nice, went above & beyond.
The food was amazing! Lamb chops were the BEST! & the shrimp scampi for appetizers was good. Definitely will be coming back here.
