She gave me many suggestions and options. She was patient and gave great customer service!! I'll definitely order again!! His cake turned out amazing!!

Bought the Birthday cake! Always a Great soft serve option!
Management is treating the workers there unfairly, manager uses harsh words and elevated tone with high school students who work there. Borderline hostile work environment and skeptical labor practices. Ice cream is wonderful, management needs to learn how to treat employees who are basically kids with respect and dignity. Shame on them. Adults would never put up with that kind of harassment, taking advantage of young people’s lack of work experience is inexcusable. I remember a level of respect by an employer where you didn’t text message a termination notice and were explained and given notice if there was an issue to be remedied . I will chalk this up to an individual with no management skills but will advise any parents with integrity to stay away from this store , horrible management and raw treatment of kids. Carvel in Chesapeake has lost our family as loyal customers .
