I was having a bad day, but the servers here really brought a smile to my face. They were patient with me as I sampled, and the ice cream was so good! I got the small getting one scoop of hard ice cream and the other scoop being soft serve.
I will go to Dairy Queen any day over carvel. I do not recommended this place. It is very expensive, the ice cream didn’t taste good, and they were also skimpy with the sundae toppings that they charge extra for.
It's nice to see some places still maintain high standards.

Great staff wonderful customer service love the soft serve ice cream and that the also have other flavors that they change up for different seasons but they always have vanilla and chocolate . They're hard ice cream is also good and the cakes are excellent getting one every year done I was a kid in NY and here now . It's my favorite for my birthday.

I’ve had Carvel ice cream cakes for 4 decades! I was recently given one over the weekend and let’s just say, I’m gonna cry when it’s all gone! This was the best IC cake I ever had. For whatever reason it tasted more delicious and the crunch was extra buttery! I can’t get enough of it!
