My daughter had a craving for Cava 40 minutes before closing. I did not want to be “those people”… you know the ones… they come in last minute before closing…. these guys want to go home after working so hard all day. Well, we got the pleasure of being well taken care of by Kelsie and Keya. Their pleasant demeanor and great service did not indicate that they’ve been working all day. They took care of us as if we were their first customer(s) of the day. I’ve been to other CAVAs and this place is premium and top tier!!!! Totally wish I can give more than 5 stars… wait a minute… I can…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏽🎉

Came in for the shawarma bowl during Dinner rush, waited over 40 minutes in line and for the chicken shawarma to be cooked and did not enjoy the bowl. Line was super long, called the next day the offered to replace my bowl for free and the manager apologized. Thanks Cava.

Went in for a pick me up meal and told them I wanted to buy one of the sauces. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to but the gave me a side cups of it. The staff was very friendly and I will 100% be replacing other restaurants with this place because the food was very fresh and taste amazing
