I love CAVA's food, what I don't love is literally 90% of the time I order online I am missing something I ordered and I have to go through online to get a refund. Tonight we ordered $80+ worth of food delivered after driving 8 hours home. The food arrived on time but once again we were missing things. I got my hummus dip but not my pita chips, and the most commonly forgotten item my free pita that comes with every bowl was left out again. I called and was told I could come up there to get them, not acceptable as I paid for delivery and just drove 8hts home with my family. The worst part is now I have to waste my time to get a refund and my tip for the driver was based off of my total order amount, not the drivers fault but I don't get any of that back when I waste time trying to get my refund. Someone needs to be checking orders before they leave. I'd love to hear from this locations manager but probably won't. My advice don't order delivery.

This is the second location that I have been in where they went from using scoops to small spoons so they can skimp on giving us our value. They tried to fill half the bowl with greens even after us asking for a small amount. Our bowls were half empty and we were given nasty looks when we asked for more. The falafels were smaller than usual. Mezza gives you a full bowl and definitely your money’s worth. Customer service was non existent, so rude. Such a disappointment. $60 for 4 people for half empty bowls is such rip off

If anyone has noticed, the price for a bowl for delivery is 18 dollars now. Far too expensive for them to not QA the items for missing ingredients. I do enjoy cava, but come on. Why ask for protein if you're not going to get it anyway. I ordered delivery because my puppy got stung by a bee and started swelling. I didn't want to leave him home, so I opted for this to monitor him and see if he needed another vet trip. Now I have a garbage bowl that I don't want to eat anymore. My boyfriend took his to work already, and it's his first time having cava. Can't help him because he will be busy all night eating a salad essentially. GET BETTER WITH THE QA!! I could be wrong, but I don't see a Sunday being that insanely packed with customers.
