First time ordering takeout. I didn’t look at the hours before I got there so I was a little early. When the employee opened the door she had a nasty attitude. I mean hello, good morning? Then they made my food only to have it sit for an extra 20 minutes waiting on an ingredient. So as you could imagine my food was given to me cold. Literally cold. I go here all the time and I have never had an ill experience until today. Next time I know not to order takeout. It’s much better to watch them make it. Idk maybe they all got into a fight before opening… but either way that had nothing to do with your customers.

The past few times of visiting this Cava specifically on Sundays they never have any ingredients. Around dinner time it is a slim chance to receive all the toppings you want. They have declined drastically since the new year I have noticed.

First experience picking up takeout from this Cava, since all others had been great, didn’t check it before the thirty minute drive home. Lesson learned. The sweet potatoes were charred, some were completely solid black cubes. There was also the large, sliced bottom portion of a cabbage. Not really edible. The rest of the ingredients were exactly as expected in all ways. Hoping the quality control improves.

**UBER EATS** DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THROUGH UBER EATS!Cava is one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve ordered Uber Eats 8 times and they have literally messed it up every single time. The last order was missing Persian cucumbers, tomato & cucumbers, & the fire broccoli. I paid extra for basmati rice and extra chicken and they didn’t even give me a full serving let alone extra. Tired of paying extra and not even getting the minimum. Unless you’re in the store right in front of them for accountability, don’t waste your money.
