If I could have given them no stars I would. Three strikes you are out. The manager is no better when you complain. I have given them multiple times to correct the less than adequate service. NO MORE. Even if they were the last Pizza shop around.

Got the Italian pizza large cheese and large cupped pepperoni cheese bread and giant cookie, everything was really good. Especially the Italian pizza. Ordered pickup and it was ready in about 15 minutes.

They have great pizza but it’s a 50/50 chance on whether or not they want to pick up the phone. Not to mention, the 50 percent of the time that they do pick up the phone, they don’t tell you that their systems down so they’re only taking cash until you get there.

Waited over 45 minutes for just two pizzas, received no update, and watched 3 orders get fulfilled and a delivery order. The workers dgaf and i just left. Oh and this was 1 on a sunday.

Usually Chanellos is one of my go to places i go to every week or so they have great prices and great food and im ususally greeted with good customer service and quick service. Tonight I tried to place an order for pickup by calling. Nobody answers. Waited 10 minutes and called back still no answer. So I went in person to place an order and waited in the front for someone to come take my order, the store was completely empty i think the guy working was in the back behind the store. After waiting 5 minutes I got to place my order. And while i was in there i called to make sure the phone was working, it was. The guy was just ignoring it. However, after i ordered the food came out fast and the guy was friendly! I still will definitely come back to chanellos they just need to do a better job of answering the phone!

Such ashame when a guy like Smith is what he told me his name was ruins your good rapport .This guy was very rude on purpose.I asked him questions about the menu,and all I received was yup,and nope answers.I asked him did he feel like he was being rude,and his response was NOPE!I am very disappointed,because Im usually greeted with kindness.I almost want a refund because I’m afraid they might play with my food

This is our go-to pizza place. Always friendly, food on point. 9 year old loves it, perfection.

My pizza is always hot and delicious. The staff is always very polite. Manager (Kristina) greets me with a smile and had my usual order memorized. My daughter loves the cinnamon knots. She asks for them every time we go.

Food was hot, ready when I arrived to pick it up and tasted great.
