i ordered a pizza and cheesy breadsticks with a 45-55 minute wait time. it's saturday night so i understand that. after an hour i called to make sure everything was all good and was told the driver was out but my order was the last to be delivered, so my food would not be hot. a few minutes later i got a call from the driver who said he was 15 minutes away still. after talking to the store they said they would remake it so i wasn't receiving cold pizza. after waiting almost two hours i received a freshly made cheese sticks and what was clearly my original pizza that they just threw back in the oven and they said there would be no discounts. attached is a picture

this company is managed by ignorant people. They do not train some one then fire him because he did what he thought he could fo. he worked there for years while everyone including managers would close early or walk out. you lost a prize employee.

I used to LOVE chanellos and when i lived in va, we ordered from them often. I've ordered here about 3 times this summer and every time, they dont get the order right. We live in nc now and only order when visiting my family. Last time we ordered they didn't put the right ingredients on the pizza. Today we ordered a large specialty pizza with extra cheese and a large cheese sticks double extra cheese. When I picked thenorder up, I looked and could instantly tell it wasn't extra cheese. Both the pizza and cheese sticks had bread not even covered by cheese!! I don't mind paying for what we want, when we used to order from other stores, it was so cheesy and perfect. I'm so sick of paying for less. And the fact they LIED about it makes me even more mad to spend freaking 40 something on it. Like I told them, I will literally pay more to get what I want, but don't lie about it. It makes me so mad their food tastes great when made correctly. I swear if I could get the same thing from another company I would never order from here again. I'm adding pics to show its not even got cheese om half the pizza/cheese sticks

No chanellos sauce.......WHAT, how do have chanellos pizza without THE chanellos sauce. Without letting me know or asking if I still want to order. That sauce makes the pizza!

Went there ordered pizza. Specially asked for extra cheese. I was given a pizza with cheese half way up pizza slice with a ton of sauce. I was very disappointed and I will not be back. Didn't feel like complaining on the spot. So I took this pizza and just left. I will not be back. I called and told them. The guy that answered the phone acted like he didn't even care. Yuck! Last time there!
Very bad services and the subs were very poorly made when I call back the person was very rude as you can see

We ordered 7 pizzas for a party recently, they arrived exactly when scheduled and were perfectly hot and fresh! The driver was so awesome, he helped put them on our table! I’ve never been disappointed by this location!!

Fast, hot, unique sauce flavor. Highly recommend the Chanello's dipping sauce.
