I got their $15 Monday special, a 1 topping pizza(with a 2nd topping for additional charge), garlic knots, & 2 can Pepsi's. Their pizza is above average, & better than at least any corporation pizza chains(PH, Dom's, Papa J's, Lil Caesar's, etc.). Pizza was excellent, & the crust is delicious. I would 10/10 recommend, & would eat again!! 😋

Ordered 2 pizzas which pretty good the wings were a rip off. Only received the wingette no drummette and paid full price.

Update: i called when the manager was there. She apologized several times and said she would provide some reeducationfor the person that I interacted eith earlier. I dont want anything extra as he did refund me, but hopefully the training will take place and be helpful.

Iordered 3 hot subs online. When I got home they looked horrible. The meatballs were burnt, the bread was broken apart, and one sandwich looked as tho it had a while jar of mayo on it. I called and the shift supervisor said to bring them back for a remake. When I got there, he refused to make the one with mayo on it over. Then he said he woukd only give me a partial refund. How does that even make sense? Either remake my sandwich or refund me for that sandwich. He finally agreed to refund me for the sandwich that he refused to make but could not give me a receipt to confirm it went back on my card that I used to pay. I've never had a this happen at any restaurant where they refused to remake it or give you your money back. Ill be calling back to talk to the manager. A little common sense aint so common anymore!

Can never get anyone on the phone. Go into the store and nobody is even there to help. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes even saying hello just for no one to show. Have gone in to the store in the past and the employees that you do see look like complete drug addicts! If I could give zero stars I would!

🤢🤮100% ripoff. It should be illegal to charge for food that is this bad.. Subs and pizza are terrible and it's pretty hard to make terrible pizza. The sandwiches are worse than Domino's and the pizza at Domino's is far superior, and Domino's is not great by any stretch. The quality of ingredients is appalling. The prices are comical. Chanello's absolutely sucks. 🤢🤮

Hour and half past delivery they won't answer the phone they just pick up and send me on hold for 30 minutes call back and speak to someone and tell them my hold time and they just put me back on hold 119 dollar order 😑 now I call and they just pick up and hang up just refund my money!
