The day shift there is usually one lady and a driver and the woman there makes the most beautiful pizza and her attitude alone makes you want to come back. Thank you for your service.

The young guy even told me about the specials....a lost art with a lot of these merchants. Pizza was hot, cooked perfect. Always been an underrated location.

Placed an order at 9:15 wasn't done when pick up time was sent for pick up at 9:30. Pizzas went into the oven when i arrived. Pizzas are not hand tossed, they are pre-made and are freezer burnt. 2 Pizzas at 35 dollars better off with dominoes or papa John's in the area...or even store bought would be better.

Long wait but was expected...when pizza arrived it was lukewarm..not hot .it was greasey..(cheese stix) and chewy .not good...delivery person had no change on her. .had to scrounge up some cash? Won't be ordering again any time soon

The pizza is delicious and made to order accurately every time. I usually get my order for pick up so the atmosphere is only two because the pizzas are made quickly. My favorite place to get pizza in deep creek area ?

Ordered the family meal deal online and went to pickup in store. Went inside AFTER the online order said it was ready. Employees asked my name which I repeated 4 times throughout this experience. I was told my food was in the oven. The manager spent his time complaining about how he couldn't help anyone and how busy he was which was just even more off putting. 3 employees were already working (including manager) and then 2 night shift delivery drivers clocked in for their shift. One of the night shift workers clocked in and immediately went to boxing pizza and touching food. He never washed his hands just went straight to work. Then after waiting for 30 mins and having all their regular customers be priority over us, they asked my name for the 4th time and magically pulled my order out of a bag that had been sitting there for 30 mins. THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE WAITING THERE. My food is cold and I'm not even going to bother with those people because of how off putting your management was. I have worked food service for 13 years and I don't consider that to be a well run kitchen. The servsafe certified manager should be monitoring the food safety in the restaurant but it seems he's too busy to care. This store either needs more help, or more attentive staff. Here I am turning my oven on to heat up my pizza I just paid $45 for. Usually we LOVE chanellos great food for good prices but this was just a waste of money tonight.

This store rolled out the red carpet. I arrived at 1230 am. Leonard offered suggestions, specials, and cooked the pizza perfectly. His excellent customer service was magnificent. From now on I will take the drove to this location, it's worth it. Customer service does still exist at this restaurant no matter what time!!
