My wife loves fried crabs and we have tried them at many places but Chen's Garden is absolutely the best place we have discovered for fried crabs. They are very consistent and put out delicious fried crabs with a nice thick breading every time. Besides being delicious the crabs are also reasonably priced.Chen's is your typical Chinese takeout restaurant located in Liberty Plaza shopping center in SoNo. There is no dining room so this is strictly a takeout restaurant....
They did not have certain dishes that they advertise and they must have changed cooks because there food definitely went down and doesn't taste the same. I have been a customer for 15yrs, so I know the deference in there food.
