- TERRIBLE PLACE
Placed mobile order for drive thru
-Upon arrival my mobile order was not registering in the local system
-was told I was the 7th person of the day to have issue with mobile app but they are still taking orders with it
-was directed to call the customer support number on app which I did while I was at the service window
-because I was at the serv or window for 3mins and was unwilling to move without speaking with a manger they called the police on me
-spent 25 mins with police and another 45 mins with the mobile app customer support number with no real solution to my issue
- attempted to call local operator on the posted phone number at the store but the line was disconnected for a Mr. Shelby Streeter
- to top it off the lil hostess Cierra wanted to get mouthy because I was actually trying to resolve the issue for the next person instead of sweeping it under a rug like theyve been doing all day
*** moral of story out of $30 , no food, was threatened with police intimidation all for trying to get customer service for a customer service issue
Never ever ever will I support this institution or chick fil a.
Go to store get peanut oil and soak your chicken in pickle juice before hand and you’ll get just as good food at home for 1/4 the price

I’ve never in my life had to give chick fila 1 star. Salad was old. The greens was welted. And my son entire meal was cold!! Cold! $26 for cold food and a welted salad! The best thing was the cookie!! Horrible!!

I don’t know what young kids yall been hiring but if I order a breakfast biscuit from DoorDash at 9:30 and end up getting chicken sandwich when it’s no where close to lunch time is pathetic hire people are actually instead of them little kids with attitudes that don’t want to work

100% will not be returning to this location or any Chick-fil-A for that matter for a very very very long time after I got food poisoning tonight that burdened me for 6 hours and counting on and off. Didn’t think a grilled chicken sandwich and a bowl of fruit would be so reckless, I stand corrected. I do not know what or where things went wrong but overall do better so that nobody else goes through this.

For 14.00, I could have at least got a full box of waffle fries and a sandwich bun that after my 2nd bite, didn't fall apart completely.

Been going to this location since we moved here and boy has fhe food and service gone down hill. Got these fries last night and realized something looked wrong. After realizing that if I put the top one down, there was literally half a container of fries, all stale. I get it, you're busy, but if you're gonna charge us for a large at these rates and give something smaller than a medium fill its pathetic. Do better, Jesus is judging your corporate greed.
