I'm a doordash driver and I just need to appreciate as usual the Chick-fil-A staff treating us drivers with a whole lot of kindness especially when the dining room is closed and you have to go through the drive-thru to pick up an order.

- TERRIBLE PLACE Placed mobile order for drive thru -Upon arrival my mobile order was not registering in the local system -was told I was the 7th person of the day to have issue with mobile app but they are still taking orders with it -was directed to call the customer support number on app which I did while I was at the service window -because I was at the serv or window for 3mins and was unwilling to move without speaking with a manger they called the police on me -spent 25 mins with police and another 45 mins with the mobile app customer support number with no real solution to my issue - attempted to call local operator on the posted phone number at the store but the line was disconnected for a Mr. Shelby Streeter - to top it off the lil hostess Cierra wanted to get mouthy because I was actually trying to resolve the issue for the next person instead of sweeping it under a rug like theyve been doing all day *** moral of story out of $30 , no food, was threatened with police intimidation all for trying to get customer service for a customer service issue Never ever ever will I support this institution or chick fil a. Go to store get peanut oil and soak your chicken in pickle juice before hand and you’ll get just as good food at home for 1/4 the price
