Ordered for delivery and our beverages were not delivered. In addition to this, we were not able to speak with someone directly from the store. The system states contacting us in 1-2 business days.

The line was not busy at all so there is no reason why I got EXTRA pickles and NO cheese when I paid for NO pickles ADD Colby jack.... also I asked for a coke and was given a diet coke.
I know chik-fil-a is usually packed but I felt lucky to get there at a time that they weren't just to get worse service than when they are slam packed.
A whole 30 mins lunch break wasted just to come back to my store and have a sandwhich I don't want, with less than what I paid for (cheese costs extra) and a drink I won't drink because aspartame gives me headaches. Thanks a ton.
Edit: A year later and I check in AT 10:30 as the app states to be there BY 10:30 NOT before 10:30... and I still got denied the food I paid for and was told "Sorry, it has to be before 10:30." If that is the case, then the app needs to be updated to say "Arrive by 10:29"
Fix your service and your wording as that is blatant false information being posted currently as to how the service works. Once again, disappointed at how the human element is completely removed from service these days.

They left the milkshakes out of my order and I had someone else picking the order up. I tried to call to tell them and you can't even get directly in to the restaurant

I did not order because I was expecting a Veterans Day special. However, this particular store was not offering a Veterans Day sandwich. While the drive-thru line progressed well, it would have been nice if there was a sign letting Veterans know prior to getting in line that the store was not participating in any Veterans Day special.
