The chicken salad flavors are delicious! I've tried the Classic Carol, Lauryn's Lemon Basil, Sassy Scott, Olivia's Old South, Cranberry Kelli, Kickin' Kay Lynne, & their pimento cheese. Their soups are yummy too, such as the loaded potato soup, broccoli cheese & their poblano chicken soup. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store looks cheery & inviting.

Unfortunately my LARGE size Fancy Nancy only had 1 grape and the LARGE Classic Carol had ZERO celery! If the menu states it should be in there, it should be in there! I'll try again because I love chicken salad and the FLAVOR was there just not the ingredients. Hopefully it will be better next time.

So happy they have opened in our area! My whole family checked it out this week and we all loved our meals. They let us sample a few salads to make our selections and I’m happy to report that all were tasty. So much so, that I returned again the next day to try a different combination. The interior is so cute and welcoming with pops of color and homey feel with tablecloths. It’s bigger than you think inside and the tables are spaced out nicely so you’re not on top of your neighbor. I wrapped up some work while I dined in a booth. Another bonus is that their allergen menu is easily accessible on their website and it’s one of the few places that my daughter can eat a variety of options. A definite bonus for our family for quick meals after sports practice nearby. Our family tried four of their salads and all were tasty. I got the classic chicken salad bacon cheddar melt and will definitely order again. I love that cookies come with the meal as well. Nice touch.

I've had the chance to eat here twice and loved it both times. It's extremely busy during lunch, but that time I ordered for pickup and it was ready when I got there. I tried the Carol, the one with egg and pickle and the one with cranberry and almond, they were all delicious. My go to side is the grape salad. Will definitely keep going.

The food is good but the customer service that I received today was NOT good. Customer service is extremely important to me. I placed an online order and when I went to the counter for pickup, no one acknowledged me. An employee kept walking past me. When I finally received my order, I said thank you and the employee just said uh huh. Do better and I will recommend the Norfolk location instead of this one.
