Our selections included the Buffalo Bareclay and the Classic Carol, paired with the famous white chocolate layer cake. The cake exceeded expectations. Each meal comes with a pickle spear and cookie at no additional charge. The pricing was very reasonable, and we will definitely be back!

The food is good but the customer service that I received today was NOT good. Customer service is extremely important to me. I placed an online order and when I went to the counter for pickup, no one acknowledged me. An employee kept walking past me. When I finally received my order, I said thank you and the employee just said uh huh. Do better and I will recommend the Norfolk location instead of this one.

My husband and I ate lunch here and we loved everything. On Fridays we treat our employees to lunch and once again it was a hit. Loved it so much stopped in after work to pick up for dinner.🌸🌻🌼

I've never had anything at Chicken Salad Chick that I didn't like and they have a nice variety of not only chicken salads but egg salad and pimento cheese. They also offer sides, salads and desserts

I wwnt today 10min after opening and they were ready for my order. Bathroom was spotless and had soap. Dining area clean. Soup was steaming it was so hot. Dixie chick blt was huge and only ate half. Service was outstanding. Asked for extra crackers and she bought me plenty. They bring food to the table.
I don't understand some of these negative ratings. I've eaten here several times.The food and customer service is always excellent. The prices are fair considering the rise in cost for virtually everything. If you love chicken salad this is the place to be.
I've been to several of these restaurants, but this was my first visit to this location. Everything was wonderful, as usual. Service was friendly, although she was quite soft-spoken and a bit challenging to hear. The dining area was clean and inviting. The chicken salad was excellent and so was the turkey club.
