My experience is always phenomenal at this location! Kristin was our server and she was outstanding! Her bubbly and warm personality was just what we needed vs the cold temperatures outside lol Thank you for being so kind! The manager on duty ( long hair pulled back with glasses) was also very nice! He came around to all of the tables to ensure everything was correct and that wee were satisfied!

Great service especially having a group of 16 for 2 kids birthdays. Our waitress was on top of everything and extremely friendly and interactive with us. Food came out in a timely manner especially for the amount of food there was. Kiddos loved the birthday song and their treat!

The quality of the food at this store - actually every Chili's Ive been to in years - had plummeted over the years. I ate at this Chili's yesterday and the ribs had almost no meat on them. Half a rack of ribs and the only meat was between the bones - and barely any there at all. I could have put all the meat from the ribs on one fork. I literally paid for BBQ covered bones. The chicken strips were dry and stringy. The fries were soggy and room temperature. The sausage was fine, except the cook couldnt be bothered to cut all the chunks apart. Even the soda was off.

This particular location can be hit or miss on any given day. However, this Veterans Day, they were packed the to go orders were packed and they were on top of it. The service was fantastic. They did absolutely amazing! And I just wanna thank them so much because they knew they were gonna be slammed and they were 100% prepared for it

I went to lunch for the first time today for me at Chili’s with about 14 of my (Pickleball) friends. We had a great waiter. Food was pretty good prices were reasonable.
