The service was horrible. I do DoorDash. Walked in store and the “assistant manager” asked me for the name that I was picking up. As I answered she started speaking to an employee and completely ignored me. After telling her that it’s rude and weird to ask a question and not listen to the answer, she told me that I have an attitude and she’s not going to give me my DoorDash order. I asked for her name and wasn’t provided with it. She said I’m the assistant manager, get out. Overall horrible experience. Customer service, 0/10 and for her to be in a leadership role. Disgusting.

I ordered a bowl and basically got like a few pcs of chicken and I got double meat with Carnitas and paid 23$ for a bowl that didn’t even go over the top of the rim.

One star feels a little generous, I ordered from this chipotle after driving nearly 6 hours from Jersey and upon getting my bowl it was missing just like a good 1/3rd of everything, rice, protein, veggies, toppings, didn’t get any utensils I asked for either, apon when returning to the location I pointed out the issues with my order calmly and was met with two dirty looks and a bunch of muttering after I walked away, will absolutelyyyy be doing a chargeback. Not remotely close to the service is asked for or was expected, seems like it’s a common theme on all the reviews here, quite literally eat anywhere else.

Spoke to manager "Mary" about a Chipotle order that was sent via Doordash. The order was completely wrong and she put it off on them to fix after I was in the store with the order! We had a snow storm so I couldn't correct it immediately. All I wanted was a correct bowl. I will not be returning!

By far the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had! We ordered 5 bowls and a kids taco meal. I should have known better when I looked at the prep table. There was food everywhere! Like no one could take the time to wipe it down or at least wipe away some of the food. The bottom of my bowl had sour cream all over it. Speaking of my bowl, I could literally count the pieces of chicken on one hand. To top it all off they were out of my favorite vinegarette smh.
