Who are the managers?This place needs to be fired immediately . They ran out of white rice and didn't have any prepared.The wait time was twenty to twenty five minutes for white rice. The restaurant came to a complete halt.No delivery orders being made no pick ups. No lobby orders. There was a complete exodus of the place. This place probably lost like ten customers to fifteen customers.

The drive up lane is incredibly slow. Expect to spend 30+ minutes in line passed the your pick up time every time. The food is 50/50 but the wait time is 1/10

I live in a state where we have no Chipotle. I was looking foward to an awesome burrito. I walked in and there was absolutely no meat ready. All the vegetables trays were near empty. The service counter was a mess. Employees were standing and staring. Unbelievable. My party of 8 walked out disappointed. This location is a no no.

I love chipotle, but this store is really just horrible. I have had multiple instances where I drove 20 minutes from my house to the chipotle to find out that they don’t have half of my ingredients for online orders. Today I went, and I made an online order, they said that their system was down that they aren’t offering any coupons, or refunds. then, the time before this, I went and waited in the chipotle drive-through for 40 minutes for my food that I placed 30 minutes before I showed up. Then the time before this, they ran out of guac, queso, and they didn’t have any more glass bottle cokes. This location sucks at consistency, the two stars as well deserved.

The young man who made my order did a fantastic job. He was happy and courteously. However, the young lady was quite the opposite.Overall, it was a good experience.

Never seen a Chipotle ranked this low but I see why. I have been in nicer Del Tacos honestly and thats not where you want to be as a restaurant. The food was good and the one guy who helped me buuut..Several issues with service and cleanliness. 3 or 4 people standing by drive thru window with nobody in drive-thru while I waited on someone to help me at the walk up counter. Lots of people looked over but didnt come to serve me. One gentleman finally dropped what he was doing in the back cooking to serve me and he was nice but frustrated for good reason.All the tables needed cleaning. Only 2 customers in the place and it was 3pm so not like they were busy. No ice in soda machine. Berry lemonade out. Dirty run down bathrooms.One of employees has her truck parked in the pick-up order parking. Come on guys.

We got 3 bowls and got barely a full scoop of rice or meat. Yet the mad woman running the toppings was flinging spoons. Gave me enough sour cream and pico for 4 bowls in one. Large chip was hardly filled halfway. My bowls of sour cream and salsa cost $50No ice in machine and root beer was right mix either. Just disappointing

My family went in to create a to-go order. The people making the food could barely hear us because the music was so loud and they were in a rush. Ex. I asked for carnitas and she said they didn't have any and then when I pointed it out she said she thought I said something else. She also gave my daughter chicken without asking her what she wanted. Everyone on the line was rushing like it was an emergency! The food was ok... Not any better than other local Mexican fast food. We will not be going back.
The drive up service was poorly maintained they could not find my order and was rude to me, the food was cold.. I would not write a review if the food was good …Don’t be rude and serve bad food as well!! Rice was lumpy and clump together..

Everytime I come here I remember why I dislike this location. They always run out of items, the rice was soggy like they put too much water in it, and the experience is ALWAYS terrible. Don’t waste your time at this location.

My salad was wet??? Like DRIPPING wet. And mostly cheese, almost no greens, no meat. The drink we ordered was out, but we couldn't get a refund so we got coke zero instead. It was warm. Like body temp warm. And was diet coke instead of zero. Chips were stale and rubbery.
