You are pushed through the line like a herd of cattle. Even when there are no lines. The serving staff kept saying keep talking keep talking, as you try to make choice. Rather go to Moe's next time.

Went to pick my food up wasn’t ready so I watched them make it. Drove the maybe 10 minutes back to my house for the food to be cold. Not only that there was guacamole in it which didn’t order. Not even sure if this was supposed to be mine or your workers just don’t care . Called the number but goes to customer care and was asked if I was able to just reheat it up. Not the point it shouldn’t be cold.

I ordered 2 kids meals and a small queso- $15.85. The meat (carne asada) was dry, a little sour and not very plentiful. The kids chips contained about 4 tortilla chips. Ordering was easy, pick up was easy- just mediocre though and don’t expect to return.

went in with my sister and we both got bowls, my sister got a chicken bowl & I got steak. when it came to my bowl I told him extra steak and so he put steak and then chicken, I then told him no one bowl is chicken and one bowl is extra steak. the rest of the experience was okay. but once I went to fill my drink I overhear him calling me names to his coworker abt what had just happened. if you talk crap abt someone either say it to their face or wait for them to leave, otherwise completely unprofessional.

Top contender for worst Chipotle in U.S.
Hit or miss if they have core ingredients.
Drive-thru BEWARE. Double protein often results in 1/2 serving even though paid for 4x that amount.
Quesadilla ordered with rice and mild salsa for sides - no rice included.
If you must eat here, be sure to order in person as every employee requires direct supervision from customer.

Overall, I love this chipotle we go every week with my family, we have had very minimum times where there have been issues but when there have been, they are quick to fix it. Overall, one of my favorite chipotles to go too! We always order on the app and do the drive up option.
Like any restaurant always check your items before you leave, but we are very pleased. Food taste great and staff is friendly!

I think people left bad reviews when they first opened and were still getting the hang of things. I’ve ate here a few times and never had any issues.
