We arrived at 10:45AM. The staff was unwelcoming, slow, and not concerned about a long line of people waiting to be served. The place was overall messy, with food bits in the drink refrigerator area, on the floor and crumbs at the drink station. This is a brand new restaurant in need of a serious deep clean. The food, was okay, and not what I have experienced at other Chipotle restaurants.
It's clean and the staff are friendly, but most times I get a bowl or burrito here, it's lukewarm or cold. It seems like the pico de gallo, sour cream, and cheese are ice cold, so when they're added, it makes the whole meal cold.
