We’ve had two recent visits to our local Chuck E. Cheese, and both were shaped in the best way by the staff on duty...especially Brody.
Our first visit started off rocky when an online order didn’t process the way it should have. The manager, Lisa, along with Thomas and Brody, stepped in right away. They corrected the order, checked on the food, and made sure our kids still enjoyed their time there.
Brody, in particular, was attentive, proactive, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. His approach turned a frustrating situation into a visit we walked away from feeling genuinely cared for and we remembered it.
A few weeks later, we returned for our daughter’s birthday. Brody was there again, along with Thomas and April, and he once more made our family feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
He remembered us, followed up throughout our visit, and created an atmosphere that made our daughter’s day feel even more special.
I hope this feedback reaches more than just other customers and hopefully the higher ups at Chuck E. Cheese, because Brody’s approach to guests stood out. His presence is one of the reasons we’ll continue choosing this location.

We had such a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese! The entire store was spotless!!! From the dining area to the games, everything looked clean and well taken care of. Our food came out surprisingly fast, which was perfect with excited kids ready to play. The salad bar was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of options. Overall, a fantastic visit! We’ll definitely be back.

We visited on 11/30/25 Jamie, the manager at Chuck E. Cheese, was fantastic—she took the time to carefully explain their monthly Fun Pass options and talked me into getting the Gold Pass, which has turned out to be an amazing value with so many benefits each month. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making our visit as enjoyable as possible. Brody, who works in the kitchen, was equally impressive—he had our food ready in less than 10 minutes, helped troubleshoot a few games that weren’t working, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. When our son wanted to meet Chuck E. Cheese, Brody made it happen by bringing the mascot out, and his energy and enthusiasm had our son absolutely thrilled. Both Jamie and Brody clearly care about creating a fun and memorable experience for families, and their dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail made this visit one of the best we’ve ever had. We left feeling truly appreciated and excited to come back again!

We came in for a walk-in party and were seated in the party section. Jamie, the manager, was wonderful from the start — friendly, patient, and helpful while answering all of our questions. We placed our order, received a pager, and were told to pick up our food when it beeped. However, when we went to the counter to get our food, we were blindsided by how Chrissy, the manager in the kitchen, spoke to us. Instead of simply explaining an issue, she yelled at us about where the pager had been placed. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. It turned what should’ve been an easy, straightforward moment into an uncomfortable and embarrassing one. We walked away upset and sat back down. While we were talking about how disrespectful the interaction had been, an employee named Brody — who had been working in the party section and hadn’t even witnessed the situation — overheard us and immediately came over. He apologized on behalf of the store even though he had nothing to do with it. He asked how he could help and did everything he could to make the situation better. His kindness, respect, and positive attitude stood out in a big way. Jamie and Brody were fantastic, but Chrissy’s behavior as a manager was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression.

We had the best experience at Chuck E. Cheese thanks to our amazing party host, Brody! From the moment we arrived, Brody was upbeat, attentive, and so organized. He made sure everything ran smoothly, the games, the food, the birthday show, all of it. The kids absolutely loved him!
I didn’t have to stress about anything because Brody handled every detail with a smile. He checked on us often, made sure the birthday girl (Magnolia)felt extra special, and kept the whole party perfectly on track. Truly above and beyond!
If you’re planning a party, I cannot recommend Brody enough. He turned our celebration into a fun, unforgettable, and totally stress-free experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🎉🧁🕹️

Overall great experience. It was a busy day for our 3-5 time slot but still very manageable. Food was overall pretty good and host was able to correct our pizza issues. They do have an option to add on bouncing that is not included in the package for an additional fee. Maybe go for an early option for smaller kids but overall good experience
