So I rate Chuck E. Cheese a 4 because it is amazing but I think I have grown out of it !!but I hope that all of the other little ones will like this place ! Thank you for creating Chuck E. Cheese!đ€

I am here having a birthday party for my grandson and it is 8 birthday parties setups and totally confusion, rudeness and very bad service to guest visiting out of town. I was rudely asked to give up my seat/booth to accommodate a birthday crowd that were expecting 23 children with their parents. The tables were reserved with the childâs name; but not the booths. Train your employees to be polite to the guest regardless who is attending the party. Then, they get in a huddle to discuss the event while the guest can hear them. I will never recommend a party here ever again. You have lost my vote on this one! Do better or others will be accompanying me. I am truly disappointed in todayâs service.

Upon arriving for my friends sons birthday, there are children running rampant EVERYWHERE. Not paying attention etc. I finally make it to my friends table after maneuvering through unattended children not paying attention, sit down at a table with nothing on it and check on my newborn, not even 5 seconds later I have 3 staff members come over and one of them, with an attitude, says âyou canât be sitting here, you need to move, this table is reserved for a birthdayâ with a smug look on all their faces. So unprofessional, I legit had sat down specifically to check on my 2 month old baby and get back up as there wasnât much seating available at my friends table at that point. Well upon leaving, everything seems to be going good. Next day. My 3 y/o has puked and pooped liquid for the last couple of hours, some of my friends are sick and puking/pooping liquid, obvious signs of food poisoning. Iâm so glad I did not eat any food here myself that night. The date was the 14th.

They have a bounce section that is wide open, kids run in and then a staff comes and chase the kids out. Crying kids, everywhere. Close it and have someone monitor and stop killing the kids fun times.

I haven't been to Chucky Cheese ? since my children were young. Now it's my grandsons turn. Made memories for his birthday ??He had a good time. Salad bar was good ?? pizza was ?. Tables were small for 4 of us to stretch out with pizzas and drinks, but we made it work. It was kinda expensive but with our economy I expected it.
Parking: We had no issue with finding a parking spot. We were there around 230ish.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kiddos. Definately kid friendly.
