You don’t get as much tickets for the game anymore so it’s very rare to get a decent prize also, it’s insane that you have to pay regular price which is 12$ plus tax for a 1yr old to jump in the trampoline but anyways it was good.

Need more cashiers or a new cashier system, we waited almost 20 minutes after arriving, just to order a pizza and get their Fun cards, and there was literally one person in front of us, they were not crowded.

We had a good time at Chuck E. Cheese! The pizza was okay, but the real highlight was the fun and affordable packages they offer for kids. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
I really appreciate their security system that ensures kids don’t leave with the wrong adult—it gave me peace of mind while the kids played. I’m still on the fence about the updated digital card system, though. My four-year-old was swiping nonstop, and it’s hard to keep track of how much they’re using.
That said, he had a blast, and that’s what matters most. Great place for a fun day out with the little ones!

I stood at the ticket counter for at least 15 minutes while multiple staff walked or stood around and never once asked me if I needed help. There is only 1 person at the main register and she only serviced people buying food even when I was waiting before some of the people.

The staff here is so friendly and attentive. Very helpful answering all my questions over the phone and in person. The establishment was super clean in every area all the staff were working diligently and had a sunny disposition which is important in a facility that caters to children. Definitely recommend!!!

We went with the grandchildren on a Tuesday afternoon, around 4:30, which wasn’t busy, so that’s nice for keeping up with the littles. They got to see Chuck E and give him a hug and dance around and just be a kid. They had a blast, the food was delicious. We will definitely be back again.

Trash. Absolute hot garbage. What happened to the chuck e cheese we grew up with? You get rid of more than half the games to put the smallest trampoline in and charge $12 an hour for it. Every staff member I encountered was extremely rude, more than half of the new games dont work. Waste of time, energy and gas

All workers are rude and don’t want to do their jobs minus the one older Caucasian lady that works there. I’ve been coming here often with my younger nephew and am tired of the service. They never have much business so you’d think they’d be nicer to customers. And I am far from a Karen I work currently in the service industry and have been my whole life pretty much and it pays to be nice to patrons.
