One of the better chuckie cheese's....clean, food always taste good and comes out hot, they even have the trampoline here (it's $12 for the socks to jump) my 2, almost 3yr old loves coming!

This place is a money grab. Why in the world do people go here and drop unnecessary money. You really don't get to play any games, they're all ticket based games, so there's little fun in it. I want to play pinball, arcade style games, not games where I try to get tickets for useless junk. Yes, you can have smaller type of games for little kids instead of just tickets, tickets, tickets? Me and another parent watched staff, not monitor the door when people were leaving to make sure everyone had their own children. When I brought it to the manager's attention. She said they were watching and checking, which was absolutely false. Don't tell parents to take a picture of themselves together. So it can be checked before they leave to keep children from being abducted, yet no one's checking‼️ That's a major incompetency that needs to be fixed tomorrow. Kids running all over the place unsupervised. The food is soooooo overpriced and it doesn't even have any real quality. I mean $10 dollars for a measly slice of cake. Chuck E cheese needs to get their act together because they are ripping off customers left and right, and that's an absolute fact. They buy useless junk and trade it off for games that overcharge you. It boggles my mind how people go back. They need to just let it die. Or Chucky needs to change.

It's hot inside. The staff can't control the temperature resulting in it being uncomfortably hot. Hot, sweaty kids and hot sweaty adults makes for a grumpy visit. Recommend bringing shorts and a tank top to keep cool.
Update: came back another time, waited over 30 min to place order for pizza. Despite 3 employees walking by register. Then was told they weren't offering advertised alcoholic drinks because a manger couldn't be bothered get it.

I had to update my review from 4 years ago and say that this establishment has really turned itself around. I visit now one to two times a month. The changes the company has made, in my opinion, have made the experience better. I used to look at the salad bar in disgust. Now, it's usually my go-to during my visits. I never really go during peak hours, so I don't know how it is when there are larger crowds. Overall, my kids enjoy it and I am glad to take them.

Still somewhat of a fun place for the kiddos. But the manager in the front is impatient and abrasive when she speaks to guests. Especially those who are seeking clarity. That’s a great way to lose business.

My only nit pick is that they need at LEAST one more staff member working. The wait time was a little more than expected. I didn't let this affect my rating because the staff that was working would definitely qualify as quality employees. They were prompt and friendly and efficient. Staffing is generally a corporate thing so I put nothing on the staff or location for the wait time. Also take my review with a grain of salt, I will take into account that it was a Friday evening, and there was a birthday party being hosted. I hope the staff will get kudos for their hard work and maybe a raise too!
Parking: The parking was more than enough. plenty of spaces

Our daughters had fun with their friends. The hostess took good care of our party. My only complaint would be the lack of games and things to do. It doesn't feel very well put together regarding what games are available. It gives me vibes like everything was an afterthought. We did like that the party package did provide unlimited plays for 2 hours for about 160 dollars. A Indoor playground would of been nice.
