It's not the worst 😂 but sure could be better JS. For the small amount of people you would think the service would be a thousand times better and the game is would be cleaned and disinfected more regularly throughout the day like all day but you know maybe I'm just picky but I would think our kids area would be sanitized all day throughout the day and I just during closing or if they even do it then You know what I'm saying

Went there for my cousin's 7th birthday. Food was good, drinks were cold and the employees were super nice and attentive to my cousin's birthday. The only downside is I personally feel like it was a little overbooked for birthday parties. It was definitely a fun experience for the kids though. I'd recommend it during a weekday.

THE MANAGER ROLAN IS RUDE. We were told they closed at 9 and our kids were just playing when he came up to kids and started yelling at them to get out! He yelled at my 8 year old who was simply going to play. He was yelling at other kids younger than that as well. I asked to speak to someone above him considering we were told they had til closing to play and he responded very rude saying he was the manager and no one is above him. I asked for the information to his district manager which he said “goggle it” if he is the manager of a place for kids he does not need to be a manager considering his behavior towards KIDS. We are visiting from out of state and he made this trip to our fav kid place uncomfortable. He needs to work on his approach to kids 1. And two needs to undergo training again to remind him the basics of dealing with kids and customer service.

There was no one at the front to check us in for at least 5 to 10mins. That also means no one was checking who was leaving with the kids. When leaving no one was standing there either . They were out of bone in wings on a Saturday mid afternoon. Not that big a deal but it’s a busy day it should be anticipated. Then this older gentleman name Roland took our food without us being done and when told we were not done he says in a rude tone “he likes to keep his dining area clean”. (But we are not done we just got our food!). When purchasing minutes for the games from the register the young lady actually said “I don’t think I can make it another hour, I’m ready to go. “ I was there a hour ten minutes maybe and this was my experience. It use to be fun but it’s like no one wants to be there and the one person who does take his job seriously doesn’t have any customer service skills !
We go weekly with the membership. Staff is awesome and food is good!
Would be nice to have a new game or two 👀

One of the better chuckie cheese's....clean, food always taste good and comes out hot, they even have the trampoline here (it's $12 for the socks to jump) my 2, almost 3yr old loves coming!
