Want to give a big shout out to the staff and especially Chaz and I hope I'm spelling that right. He made sure to give my 6-year-old a awesome birthday and make sure that we felt welcome. Staff like this need to be thanked by management for running their operations not only efficiently but with a smile. Thank you chaz for everything you did tonight and please let me know if I'm spelling his name wrong because I will go back and edit this review to fix it!!!!

Everyone there smelled like weed. People were vaping INSIDE! Its a kids place, they should ban people that smell that foul and have the nerve to vape inside and around children. Food is way overpriced and its horrible!

I’m extremely disappointed and have cancelled my membership because the experience has gone downhill. The adventure park is always overcrowded, and it’s become unsafe. Kids are constantly pushing, cutting in line, and running wild with no supervision. There is never an attendant present to help or even check the kids, which makes the entire area chaotic.
During our most recent visit, children were shooting things at us and other guests during dinner, and still no staff stepped in. To make matters worse, there was a grown man openly vaping inside the building, and not a single employee addressed it.
This is supposed to be a safe place for families, but it’s become the complete opposite. I’m upset and honestly shocked that this was allowed to happen. I won’t be returning until the management gets control of the environment and starts staffing the areas that need supervision.

Great place for children to have a day of fun… I used to take my children, over 50 years ago, then my grandson over twenty years ago and now my great grands and for generations I have enjoyed children having the time of their lives at Chuckle Cheese….

11am tables, benches were dirty. You could tell no one cleaned the night before. Soda was flat. Very disappointing visit.
I really had a great experience at this location. Vanessa was so pleasant through the check in process. It was clean and calm.

It's not the worst 😂 but sure could be better JS. For the small amount of people you would think the service would be a thousand times better and the game is would be cleaned and disinfected more regularly throughout the day like all day but you know maybe I'm just picky but I would think our kids area would be sanitized all day throughout the day and I just during closing or if they even do it then You know what I'm saying
