The girl working was turning everyone away at 9:45 even though nobody was even in line. Numerous people then came after when she wasn’t standing lookout at the door and made it through. Recommend training staff on closing times and protocols.

Understaffed. Hit or miss on how well the ice cream is put together, lacks consistency. Employees do too much socializing amongst each other instead of focusing on the task. Poor management.

This location is reasonable in person. The wait is long but the ice cream is good. However, do NOT DOOR DASH HERE, especially late.After a very long and rough Sunday, my wife and I went to treat ourselves to some ice cream, and DD'ed so we could put our kid to bed. When our treats arrived, both were in Like It cups (small) despite ordering, paying for, and verifying on the receipt we had Love It size (medium). Also, my Brown Sugar Sensation is supposed to be Brown Sugar ice cream, cookie dough, brown sugar, and caramel. I had the ice cream and a hint of caramel along one edge.What did I have to replace the cookie dough and brown sugar? Several short, very curly hairs that I desperately hope came from someone's head. Oh how I gagged.I have no idea if this was incompetent levels of unsanitary conditions, or vindictiveness for a late order. In either case, DO NOT DOOR DASH HERE, ESPECIALLY LATE.

I went in On 1/7/24 Around 7:30 PM. Didn't catch any of the girls names, but they were three of them working. They seem to be very shortstaffed, and had a lot of customers. I wanted to leave a review to shout these three girls out. They maintained their composure the entire time, and their customer service did not show the stress they must have been feeling. Kudos to them, hope management sees this and rewards them somehow.

Wish I could give zero stars. Paid $10 for “Cookie Doughn't You Want Some” and this is literally how he handed it to me. Drove 15 minutes for it and it was disgusting. I’m so disappointed. Definitely would never recommend anyone to this location.

Stepped in to get some ice cream. Two workers in the shop with one customer before me. That customer was being rude, on her phone trying to communicate with the young man behind the counter. The other worker, just ignored me standing there and went to making a cake. Employees are not service oriented here. Location wasn’t the cleanest.

Not a great experience; I'd rather go the extra distance towards the Lynnhaven location (near the mall). It was about 50-60min till closing and I was about 4th in line with about 6 people who came in afterwards, for context. The 3 signature creations weren't mixed well and only 1 of 6 employees seemed to actually put effort in. When I asked about waffle bowls, I was told there were none left (this was about 45 min till closing). I mentioned that I'm not in a rush and can wait for one to be made. The senior employee (I think) said there was no more batter. When I went to the register, I could see MANY waffle bowls on the counter in the back. I asked why I couldn't have one of those and was told "those are for tomorrow because we have to have a certain amount in the morning." Overall, I didn't get a good vibe tonight. There were some employees goofing off in the back, some employees that looked like they were just waiting for the doors to be locked, and only one employee that tried to do anything productive. Maybe it was just close to closing, but for one of the last weekends of summer on a hot week? ... Definitely expected better.
This place is disgusting! Flies are all over their toppings and where they mixed or make those ice cream! I agree with the other's that this young folks working here are lazy! And clean your area! Por favor!!!!!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The workers moved very slow & did more talking than working. There were a few workers not wearing gloves while preparing ice cream. One young lady was on her phone. While two others used the restroom with their aprons on, disgusting.
