I visited this location after driving to another restaurant and opt to come here.
I ordered for inside service. I honestly expected more due to previous visits to other locations. The cashier was polite. I heard no one discussing what they were going to do later in the day. Restaurant was clean. There was an employee cleaning tables and fountain station while I was there. My disappointment is: What happened to their food. The portion size is unbelievable unacceptable.
If this is what I get at this location for what I believed I was paying for, I will not patronize here again.

I’ve been three times and I’ve been telling them don’t put bacon on my burger and they keep putting it three times. I’ve been there. I believe it’s because they try to take too many orders two orders at the same time and they got good mics.

I use to love cookout. I feel dine in experience has gone down. It definitely doesn't smell clean in there. The tables are sticky. They can definitely use some leadership and management in there! Prices go up, portions sizes have come down!

The food is what brings me back to any Cookout because it's consistent. Customer service...not so much. I'm sure this could be improved if the speakers didn't break up so much. You have to constantly repeat yourself. My last time here made me stop ordering in the middle. I didn't want to give Cookout another dime. I just wanted a BBQ sandwich, cheese curds and a cheerwine float. That is it, that is all. I was told I get a second side with the tray. I didn't want the tray and the 2nd side. I replied no thank you, I just want the sandwich, cheese curds, and float. I was yelled at but couldn't understand what was said, so I asked if the statement could be repeated. That annoyed the cashier because she got even more annoyed, raising her voice, asking if I wanted double cheese curds. I said no. I was told again, I get two sides. Why can't I order what I want? Who needs a double order of cheese curds? I'll never go here again.
Drive thru speaker system is WAY too loud. I could NOT understand what the employee was saying. Had to ask her several times to repeat what she was saying. She was speaking way too fast also. Other than that it was ok.
