I don't know who the manager is but he don't need to be working there. I showed up to cook out yesterday at opening and they couldn't open because the manager was late! he didn't care about his job and decided to open the restaurant way after the opening time. Come to today, I go in and order my food and everything that I ordered extra, like tomatoes, cheese and bacon was not given to me in my sandwich. go back in and ask for them to remake my order and I was met with nothing but disrespect, rudeness, and a manager talking to me like I'm a child to the point that he started he was going to call the police on me! For what? trying to make sure that the food that I paid for even the extras charges was given to me! the had to be the worst place ever! Makhi or what ever the General matters name is because that's what he claimed to be, need to be fired asap! he don't need to be working around anyone's food! he sucks! get him out of there! I will never in life visit another Cookout until he is gone! make it happen, unless you want to keep losing money! I spent almost 20 dollars on food that I can't even eat because I don't know what they did to my food once they went back and corrected my order. they could have spit in my food or put something else in there that does not belong in my food! I don't trust him or that location. Get him out of there ASAP!!!

Kinda disappointed during this visit.. got the 3 piece chicken stripes and they looked like this... Smh not even a chicken strip more like a little chicken wing... Really!?! Not what I expected to see when I opened the box... I know they can do better than this... What a shame.. I think I'll take a break from going here for a while.. this isn't the first time their food was disappointing...

How can a customer service representative repeat an order to a customer and then have them wait in a lengthy queue only to inform them that the order was never placed? This situation exemplifies poor customer service and slow service. Employee working at 6:35 p.m 11/20/25 in the drive thru line needs a training refresher.

Messed up the whole order except the sides drinks were wrong and both burgers were wrong just random burgers adding things like ketchup and mayo and removing things like the onion and lettuce both burgers were just completely different from what I ordered.
