I can’t rate the service nor the food. I walked in with the intention to get a burger and promptly walked out. I ended just using their restroom as I noticed it smelled like pure grease and the walls were even sticky. It seemed like an unclean place to me.

It took about 20 minutes and talked to 3 or 4 different people to place an order for 4 trays in the drive thru. Everytime i asked for something, there would be a long pause, and then another person would come on and ask me to repeat what I just said. This is the worst drive thru I have ever experienced, especially for mediocre quality food.
The food is ok but the shakes are magical. I only go here for shakes. Service is a little on the slow side, faster if you use the drive thru. I think my family and I have tried about 15 different shakes and they have all been strong in flavor, thick, and creamy. Again, I've had food once, but will go back again for the shakes!

The food was hot and fresh! The milkshake was thick and good! The cookout experience yet! The line didn't take very long! The burger was the best fast food burger in a long time!
Always good food. Was handing the cashier my money when the wind blew it away. He got out and helped me look for it. We never found it but they gave me my food.

They tried to hand me back the container that hit the ground from the drive-through and replaced nothing after saying they'd remake it. The manager was at least friendly and refunded the food.

Why am I charged extra for 2 sauces if I get 2 orders of fries on my tray. This doesn't make sense. And then have the nerve to hand me my food with the sauces sitting on top. I asked if they were out of bags. Bags are now upon request.
