I just wanted to shop a little and stayed for awhile. It’s a nice country store and would visit again.

We like to go with kids and grandkids anytime, but especially for breakfast. All of us enjoy shopping in the store before and after we eat. The kids almost always find something special!

Wonder tasty breakfast served by Logan. Had the best breakfast/ service. Logan was the politest server I've came across in a long time. He did a great job, the store was packed and he handled it perfectly.

The food was NOT good at all. We had a family of four and three of our meals had items that unfortunately had to be returned to the kitchen.( fried catfish was uncooked, greens were returned twice) My shrimp was overcooked and could not enjoy. The manager didn't offer any comment/compensation; just a verbal apology, thus no resolution :-(

Big shout out to the crew for Thanksgiving. Catered for 100 people. Food was warm and easy to serve. Minor problem but there manger was able to take care of it and provide great customer service.
Only let down was the mash potatoes.

It has been a while since we have been back to Cracker Barrel! They changed the menu.... prices was higher, quality was a little lower, service was so-so! It may be a while before we go back!!!

My family loves Cracker Barrel! Unfortunately this Cracker Barrel gave us the worst food I’ve ever had from any of their locations. Burnt meatloaf , chicken less chicken and dumplings, my toddler wanted a burger and got a charcoal lump from the grinch cook .. sweat tea was lacking too.. totally disappointed. Lovely server, sweat young lady, she earned her tip well and was very apologetic for the bad food. We will not return to this location in greenbriar .. we will however go back to our normal spot and have them redeem the experience.

Food is good, service is nice and pretty quick. Only thing that I don't care for is the many plates that you get with your orders. Everything comes on its own plate,which takes up a table very quickly. Especially when you have more than one person at a table.

Love visiting here with my girls. The staff is super sweet and the food is fresh and delicious. Also, huge shoutout to our server tonight Tristin! He went above and beyond with his service and surprised my daughter with glittery ice cream for her birthday! Highly recommend this Cracker Barrel *clap*

Terrible service. I was waiting for an order and no one even acknowledged me. The young lady said something to the two men standing next to me. Before I could say something to her she dashed off to the kitchen to check on their orders. Then she came out and spoke to one of the guys. After that she finally acknowledged me and went to the kitchen to check on order. The service here is terrible.
