Nikita ,at Chesapeake Square store on Portsmouth Blvd ,Chesapeake, Va is a consumate server! We always look forward to her attending to us. She remembers our entire order,without taking notes. Refills without being reminded and always with a sincere smile. Nikita represents Cracker Barrel with distintion. She always stops by to say hi,even when we are being served by another colleague. Oh and food is great!
One of our families favorite restaurants to eat at. We went yesterday 6/24/25 and the air conditioning in the dining area was not working and it was also 100 degrees outside, whew😓. That was the worst part of the whole visit, our waitress Keyanna was awesome!!! And our food was good!!! As long as the AC is working I would always recommend eating a meal there especially if Keyanna is working, she is very attentive made sure our drinks were never less than half empty.
We've always enjoyed eating in at Cracker Barrel, but have recently ordered take-out a few times. That has been a GREAT experience! First of all, we received PLENTY of food, unlike a number of other places that provide take-out meals; and, as always, the food has been delicious!!! We've really enjoyed these "home-cooked" meals from the comfort of our home!
