Food was good! Service was horrible. We had 2 small kids ordered food adap. Was there 1 1/2 hors all food came out same time.

After we got seated it took over 15 minutes for someone to come to our table for a drink order. Not very personable. After our food order was taken it took 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich and hard steak fries to come out. Order was not right bun was asked to not toasted it was toasted and BBQ was not on sandwich. Then I was told the chicken tender salad would be right out. It took 15 more minutes and salad was not good at all.

Went twice in one week, the food was extremely disappointing. Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite places back home, but this one just lacks someone who knows how to properly cook. My blueberry pancakes were still mushy/uncooked with batter and asked for scrambled eggs and it looked like they over cooked them and forgot I said scrambled so then just cut up the over hard egg..seeing these were for my son who is already a very picky eater I was super annoyed because he had no interest in them. Although the food has disappointing me twice in a week, the servers and staff are super friendly and pleasant to conversate with.

My husband received his eggs Benny and it was ice cold, not room temperature but freezing cold. My meal came out 19 minutes later. My last visit his french toast was burnt and they re did it and it came back even more burnt. We use to love cracker barrel but probably won't be going back.

My husband and I were seated and waited for 15 minutes, while two other tables were sat and served drinks, and we were never acknowledged by anyone. We ended up getting up and walking out. We used to come here all the time but have had a bad experience the past few times we’ve tried to come. we probably won’t ever be back to this location. To have four servers on the floor on a very dead Monday morning crowd, there was no excuse. Do Better.

I was missing one of my vegetable sides when I got home. I won’t be providing a tip in advance for take out any more.

The food very good, service wasn't good. Placed order. Order was wrong, steak was overdone, and when got the correct order, I was charged double. I had to wait for about half hour to get refunded.

Parking: Handicap parking full, had a distance to walk.

Cashier said she was unable to give us the $5.00 off coupon. We showed her the coupon and she neglected to remove it from out total due to her negligence and not paying attention to us.

I bring my family here all the time. But this time, it pretty cold in there. Food order was 90% correct, and took longer than usual. But out of the 50 times I've come here, they've failed me a couple times, this wasn't one of them. I'll be back for sure.

Bacon was raw. Food was cold. Got a tablespoon of hash browns. Had to ask for my gravy and biscuits. Had to ask for my mom’s corn muffin. I got breakfast my mom got chicken and dumplings. We guy one pat of butter to share. Could never find anyone to ask for more. Cashier was nice.

Came to celebrate my wife's birthday with family. My most disappointing visit ever to a Cracker barrel.
After asking our preference for biscuits or cornbread, we never received either the entire meal. Offered us take home biscuits, which at that point was ridiculous. Then, my order of the Fried Chicken plate with country gravy and 2 sides came without gravy. I had to call the waitress back and ask where the gravy was. She said "we ran out" (5:45 pm, Monday). Brought me brown gravy which was terrible with chicken. I really think the correct thing was to come back to me, before bringing my plate and allow me to reconsider my order. Once again, the worst service and food ever!!

Only came here because I had a free complimentary meal. I will never return to a Cracker Barrel again. I got food poison from here. I have reported it, had to leave a voicemail at the inspector office cause the holidays. But I will be doing a file up report. the workers here are so rude, manager is rude, and no help to be found here. And don't try to ask for a refill, they will give you a to go cup. Even if you are still eating.
