Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Here was 7 of us for lunch. Took an 1 1/2 hour to get food. Waitress never brought bread to after we got food. No butter had to wait for that. Waitress not very good. Took forever to get a drink refill. Had to ask twice for that.

Louisiana shrimp very salty. Caused excessive dry mouth. Very high sodium content. Carrots extremely sweet, and extremely soft. Carrots Did not taste fresh.

Service was horrible just waiting nd waiting for order to be taken called waitress twice and when I received my food it was wrong ..Hire more ppl nd have employees greet u well nd can answer questions pertaining to ur food...

The beef was seasoned perfectly... just a few mins over cooked. A tad bit dry. Otherwise, everything... especially the service, some of the best that we've had in a long time. We will be returning!

The only thing I can say is I have bought some items and return them to another store cuz I was looking for certain items and I can tell you that they do not put the last four digits other car when their receipts that's cracker barrel policy which is nice but when you have issues like I did and returning items to the correct credit card so I suggest if you buy any type of anything in their store that you keep the receipt for sure and then even if you return something you keep that receipt also because I had proof of what I did and what they did 🚫 and all I can say is it took 3 Days to remedy the situation and they still can't explain the credit card transactions ???? But yes ultimately in the end I got what was rightfully mine which they never tried to withhold they always tried to please me but they were also brushing me off at the same time keep your receipts

Serve was slow. During our dinner, there was a customer that was very loud, cursing, and making a big scene. It took talking to two managers to get someone to say something to her and that was as we were leaving. Non of the servers said anything to the manager.
