Not sure if there is a blizzard making Boot Camp but this location sucks at ensuring that all of the mixins are throughout the blizzard. Every time half of my blizzard is nothing but vanilla ice cream. I keep making the mistake of coming to this location for a Oreo blizzard… but getting vanilla ice cream with Oreo on top.

Horrible service. Waited for my mobile order for over 30 minutes, only to check on it and find out it hasn’t been made yet. The floor was extremely slick and slippery to where it was difficult to walk without slipping and falling. Will not be eating here again.

My 2nd time going to this location and both times I ordered the same thing: a small hot fudge sundae with added peanuts. The first time they forgot the hot fudge and I ended up with a plain vanilla with about 3 peanuts (which is an extra cost)- didn't see it until I received it at home. The 2nd time- they got the fudge but still about 4 peanuts. I feel like if you are going to charge extra for peanuts, I should get more than 3-4. Not happy.
