Small satelite DQ with limited options as far as food its basically hotdogs and pretzels but they do have a decent amount of ice cream selections and they do a very good job preparing them

This place makes the best shakes in town! I love the peanut butter with chocolate ? ice cream! The team here is very professional and friendly and the service is great! Highly recommend

Stuck in the rain waiting for my order I placed 20 minutes ago. This location needs a roof or umbrella for customers who have to pick up from the to-go window. I don’t understand why they umbrellas for the tables in the back that nobody will use.I will not be ordering to-go here ever again because they appear to prioritize the drive thru. Not cool

How I ask for a twist come and you give me a vanilla that’s messed up, 8 months pregnant and drove 25 minutes for ice cream for it to be messed up and couldn’t even get it fixed considering there was a line longer then hell appreciate it ?

The people working there take no pride in preparing the orders. First, they took the order incorrectly. Then, when they made it, they did not make it properly. I had to ask for the order to be properly prepared. When I asked the young lady if she was new she said she'd worked there 4.5 years! If she hasn't learned how to make orders by now, there isn't much hope!We will not be going back to that DQ!The one on Portsmouth Blvd has been pretty consistent about preparing orders properly.

Waited at the walk up window for nearly 10 minutes to order. No acknowledgement from any of the 4 workers. They were only dealing with the people in the drive thru that came after us. No sign on the window if it was drive thru only. When we were walking away to go somewhere else, they looked as us like we did something wrong. The worst experience we’ve had there.

I love my DQ. Just wish they serve more food
