Service and food have gone down hill. Did not get silverware when we were sat. Waitresses were rude and scatter brained, had to ask multiple times for silverware and syrup. When my eggs first came out there was a hair on them, then when they were brought back out they were not fully cooked. They forgot part of our order.

The food was ok and the service was good but could have been better. The server served my orange juice in a dirty glass, which I pointed it out. The water glass had a sheen of oil in the water. All these, the server should have noticed all these inconsistencies.

My husband and I went yesterday morning for breakfast it is a travesty everything was greasy from the coffee to the meal it was like drinking and eating cups of oil and the taste was awful my husband had obvious burnt day’s old sausage we NEVER waste food but we did yesterday it was not fit for even a dog.

Azza was our server and she was very kind and accommodating, she was attentive and accommodating. The food was very good, I enjoyed the Iced Coffee I got as well as the fluffy pancakes. Their over-medium and sunny side-up eggs were perfect and both their regular bacon and turkey bacon was nicely done. I came with my mother for brunch and the atmosphere was peaceful, no other customers seemed displeased either from what I could tell. Other families had both children and elderly people with them and they were all treated well from what I could see. It was quite pleasant overall, would recommend.

Waited too long for cold coffee, watched our food sit too long in the window, after we finally received our food it was not hot. Finally got one refill of coffee. Didn't get one order of toast, no berries on the berry waffle that was burned, no butter for the waffle. Potatoes tasted weird. Service wasn't much better. Will NEVER go back!
