Order placed around 10:25pm This Domino's called @ 11:23pm to inform me that they do not deliver to my neighborhood and I need to come pick up the pizzas. Mind you this is after waiting for what felt like 4ever, looking at the tracker which said they're doing a quality check and it'll b delivered shortly. We have ordered several times and it is almost 2 hours and we call and are asked to come pick up our order. No phone call. We have gone and picked it up. Today we ordered and it’s been almost 2 hours. We have been on hold the last 30 minutes and now will have to drive to the location just to get a refund so we can order somewhere else. This is NOT acceptable! This location has gotten to be awful! Last order!
I ordered a large cheese pizza. Was informed it was on the way at 5:26…it shows up at 6:11 …cold. In 55 years I have never seen a pizza look like that. I called the store they refunded my money but didn’t offer to send a new pizza. I will never order from them again!
