Ordered food for my children just to get a call
30 mins later that they don’t deliver past 4pm
Never had that issue before and I received a email that my order was confirmed and being made.

Place to order at closing was told the water would be there in 45 minutes never showed up call the next morning and the lady was telling me about she didn't have a female to answer the phone whatever I have to talk to the gm when I eat any more pizza Domino's

Order placed around 10:25pm This Domino's called @ 11:23pm to inform me that they do not deliver to my neighborhood and I need to come pick up the pizzas. Mind you this is after waiting for what felt like 4ever, looking at the tracker which said they're doing a quality check and it'll b delivered shortly. The person who called sounded like a young Gurl, and the way she told me was matter of fact, like "u need to come get it", no apologies. I said I don't have a car, ( I didnt mention I also have kids). I confirmed that this is the same Domino's around the corner from where we live and she says they don't deliver in our area, which is the same as theirs, after a certain time bc they've gotten robbed b4. And the way she said it was like I'm the 1 who robbed them. I got angry and pointed they waited an hr to tell me this, the tracker says yall doing a quality check and the pizza will be here soon. I asked what compensation are u going to give me 4 this and I asked for the manager. She, KARMEN SMITH, told me she is a manager then quickly placed me on hold, came back to say her District Manager said they don't issue compensation for me living in a bad area....all she can do is refund me....WHAT! I became even angrier, did not cuss, told her shes young (didnt say HOOD), and she has authority as a manager, & im sure she didnt tell her district manager the issue in a way that she should've. She didn't get it, she just got more heated & even ruder. I told her to issue my refund and I won't ever do business with them again, she was overtalking me-no surprise GURL, said she would and hung up on me. I called back to get her name. Now what u wanna bet my refund won't be immediate, so I can't order from another place. It was a $50 order. Its okay, cuz God don't like ugly and it's a blessing in disguise. I've learned to keep my money from poor customer oriented businesses & I hope KARMEN will learn something too, like you should start off with an apology when delivering bad news, this was not a policy u guys had posted on your website, so in my book you are in the wrong and I have every right 2b HANGRY! Now let me get in this kitchen and make some food.
This is my second experience with bad service, food sloppy and no one greeted me as I walked in. I hope to not return to this location. Ill travel the extra 4 miles to get better quality and better service.

Me and my grandmother waited over thirty minutes to an hour. For a cheese and vegetarian pizza with 3 topments. They made a decision to place my order after the day. Google's just to say that they could and she applied herself because I only told us that Eden said that they wouldn't deliver over here either, neither would battlefield, they're the closest and they got the manager on the phone and he was so moon at Monty. Close me up and hang up the phone with me. We waited over time. I think it's a horrible place to be. I will not be eating. I will eat everybody else's.

Did appreciate seeing workers making pizza without using gloves and when asked one of co workers Y not wearing clothes he said it was ok they wash their hands and heat from cooking pizza will kill germs

An hour and a half ago my brother placed his order for our household online and he had ordered two large stuffed crust pizza, an 8 piece honey barbecue wing, and two 2 liter bottles of Sprite. One pizza was supposed to be a supreme with stuffed crust and the other was a plain cheese with stuffed crust.
However, what occurred was the delivery man came and could not be paid in cash of $50 the total of the order was $41.67 so it made little sense why he wouldn’t be able to break it considering the change wouldn’t be large. Then he explained he would be found liable if the money was counterfeit and need to pay out of his own pocket which caused us to scrounge for smaller bills to pay the bill.
After he was paid we checked our food and found we had two large pizzas and our sodas and assumed all was well only to find both had no stuffed crust, the wings were never delivered, and when I called them to explain the possible mistake and just have the wings delivered they referred me to a “corporate line” and hang up. This was the deplorable service my family experienced at 7:26pm today. I would not recommend this business whatsoever.

I just ordered a New York styled Hawaiian pizza. First off it wasn't New York style. It wasn't thin and crispy crust. It was doughy as hell undercooked ham. The pineapple wasn't even warm. I kind of regret paying for this pizza. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because I love their feta and spinach pizza

This is without a doubt the worst domino's manager telling employee to shut up while employees getting loud with me the excuse was he had a bad day idgaf I had a bad day as well had to watch my clients home burn down like get real u don't like ur job find a new one then they didn't even know my order was ready cause no one put my name on my order so I'm waiting literally 40 50 min on a 30 min order like come on

Don't waste your time. I had my orders canceled 2 times for no reason by them. I will never deal with this location ever again. I now drive an extra 14 mins to go to the Battlefield location. They should just shut this location down for good. They are worthless.
Every single time I’ve ever ordered from here which is sadly more than I care to admit it’s been bad the foods cold or wrong and always gets here an hour or more after the orders placed. They are always way behind the dominos tracker and if you call them they just act rude. Sadly it’s the only dominos near me so I don’t have many options but they need to hire better people

Ordered pizza online on Atlantic Ave in Chesapeake, Va. It was 8 p.m. on a Sunday night. I ordered pepperoni pizza. I tracked my ordered they received order at 8:05. I was out getting another order some where else, by the time I got to Domino's it was ready. Went into the store the man said he never received the order but I showed him my receipt a off my phone saying he did. He was so rude then he said he will make it. I told him No thanks. The reason for me not ordering cause of his rudeness. I'm not going back there again. Besides there was another couple there that brought there pizza back cause it won't right. I would give this place no stars if I could.
