This is without a doubt the worst domino's manager telling employee to shut up while employees getting loud with me the excuse was he had a bad day idgaf I had a bad day as well had to watch my clients home burn down like get real u don't like ur job find a new one then they didn't even know my order was ready cause no one put my name on my order so I'm waiting literally 40 50 min on a 30 min order like come on

Don't waste your time. I had my orders canceled 2 times for no reason by them. I will never deal with this location ever again. I now drive an extra 14 mins to go to the Battlefield location. They should just shut this location down for good. They are worthless.

Every single time I’ve ever ordered from here which is sadly more than I care to admit it’s been bad the foods cold or wrong and always gets here an hour or more after the orders placed. They are always way behind the dominos tracker and if you call them they just act rude. Sadly it’s the only dominos near me so I don’t have many options but they need to hire better people

Ordered pizza online on Atlantic Ave in Chesapeake, Va. It was 8 p.m. on a Sunday night. I ordered pepperoni pizza. I tracked my ordered they received order at 8:05. I was out getting another order some where else, by the time I got to Domino's it was ready. Went into the store the man said he never received the order but I showed him my receipt a off my phone saying he did. He was so rude then he said he will make it. I told him No thanks. The reason for me not ordering cause of his rudeness. I'm not going back there again. Besides there was another couple there that brought there pizza back cause it won't right. I would give this place no stars if I could.

If you like your pizza old and cold, go ahead and order delivery from this location. Itl be 45min to an hour later than they estimate. Even if you schedule a delivery hours in advance, don't expect the driver to leave the store until 20mins after it was scheduled to be delivered, and your order will still be at the bottom of a 3 stack of deliveries he makes to other houses. Mm, old ass pizza.

Good food but no turkey pepperoni, pasta bread , availability or the cheese bread with chicken and jalapenos is gone all the ideas just discontinued since 16' it's gone all gone I missed it.

I have ordered from them for years (since they opened), but recently the food and service has not been the same. They use to be spot on with your order and service. I would say 30% of the time they are on time and my food is hot (as well as cook right). Most of the delivery drivers are very polite and nice, so I still tip them well.
The store canceled my order twice in a row with no reason or explanation. When I called, no one answered. My guess is they just didn't want to do it because it was 30 minutes before they closed. Trash service. Look, I know working at a pizza joint isn't glamorous. I started somewhere similar too, but have a little respect for the customer and at least tell them what's up.
The was okay, nothing to write home to maam about you know. There’s so many pizza places around and unfortunately Domino’s has fallen down a bit in as far as pretty much in all areas including their food. Hope this can help in a positive note, for anyone. Maybe yall can have better luck with them than I have had with them, anyways Bless Yall

We live 5 minutes from the store but yet it takes the driver 30 minutes to get here. Pizza is at best lukewarm warm and yet they think they should get great tips. He left the store at 2:12 and we were supposed to get the pizza at 2:19, here it’s 2:30 and still waiting on the pizza!

Ordered pizza, over 45 minutes later, didn't get my order... but the online tracker said complete, called the store they said the address was got mixed up in there system, the manager said he'll remake and send out a free 2liter... 45 minutes later, still no pizza.... called the store they said 10 more minutes...and 10 minutes later, still no pizza...the place is a joke..if there was a question about the address, they should have called...

I usually order my New York style pizza from Pizza Hut. I decided to try domino's because the pizza looked so good on the TV. I ordered it with Xtra cheese got there when it just came out of the oven. Took it home was not given Xtra cheese I do not even think I was given reg cheese. The pizza was Terrible it was like eating the pizza on a piece of cardboard. Your suppose to be able to fold this type of pizza. When I tried to fold the pizza it broke in half. I ended up throwing out the pizza and I will go back to Pizza hut in the future. Last time I will go to domino's

The customer service from all the employees is great except the manager at this location. I am not sure what did or didn't crawl up her hind pots but all I wanted was to order some pizza. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for how I was treated by the manager.
