This store never has drivers. The tracker said 6:32 they were doing a quality check and almost an hour later there is still no delivery nor have we received a call. I tried calling the store and got an automated message saying they were waiting for a driver to pick up the food, but no.option to speak with anyone.

I placed an online order at 9:30pm. I was not alerted that my order was cancelled. So I’m here waiting for my food to be delivered just to go back to the app to see that it was canceled. I then called the store and asked why. The young lady who spoke with me said that they didn’t have any drivers. I asked her if I can just come and pick it up and her response was “well I’m bout to leave , there’s only one other person here so..” to me that response means no don’t order at all. She was very rude and unprofessional. No to mention they aren’t meant to close until 12 am having only one person in the store 3 hrs before closing is bogus. Not to mention that they didn’t even text or call me about my cancellation order.

Wish they would go back to "30-minutes-or-it's-free" - I'd be eating Dominos twice a week. This store is 2.1 miles from my house and can NOT deliver in less that 2½ hours.

This Dominos terrible, Don’t give them your card number or information the manger name Dj which I think she gave me a fake name cause I told her im making a complaint about her because she took $60 off my card and she told me that the system was down I couldn’t make no order at the moment I called check my card and checked the transactions . Coming to find out that dominos manager took $60 off my card . I’m thinking they doing scams with people cards . She claim she new but how you suppose to be a manager and you very unprofessional!

Pizza thankfully tasted fine but my delivery was an hour late and it clearly was sitting for a while because it was barely warm. I tried calling the store to ask what was taking so long and nobody answered.
Customer service was POOR. Pizzas were dry! NO apology for my inconvenience. Justin, who said he was the manager told me over the phone that he could remake my pizzas. I bring them back to the store and a young guy at the front questioned me and acted as if I was wrong for not liking the food. That’s not how you handle a customer ! I asked for a refund because at that point I felt disrespected and didn’t want the food anymore. Justin informed me that he could not issue me a refund and that I would have to call the 1800 number. Still, no apology. Because of this piss poor service my family will never eat at dominos again.

Most restaurants Pizza Hut tell you their deals, not this place. How do you go from a $50 order online, then to the store and it's $65, then almost $90 for 5 medium pizza. Never, never again will I order from Dominos. In addition to they need customer service classes.
I loved ordering from for delivery but the past few weeks we haven't been able to order delivery for some reason the website will not work until I choose carryout. I have asked multiple times why and they kept responding we are getting online orders. At this point its communication issues. The website will not allow us or order delivery and by now there should have been some resolution. It just sucks when you prefer a place and your concerns nor issues get handled.
