Domino's Pizza

The staff here are a lot like the pizza they make, perfect every time. I've yet to have a bad experience from this store. Keep it up everyone because you're all awesome!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been doing business with this location every Friday since I opened my business. I ordered 2 pizzas at 1144am estimated time was 34min. I have never had an issue with delivery. I went back online to track the status and was not able to get an update so I decided to call. The call was placed at 1230pm. I spoke to a young lady who refused to provide her name. I explained to her it's been 45min and still no pizza. She tells me AFTER I placed my order they had a huge order come in. I said that wasn't my problem, im call about my pizza. Then I asked her when would it be here? She said it just came out the oven (1240 now) and will be to me shortly. I asked her why wasn't I given a call explaining the delay (as I had in the pass)? She went back to talk about the huge order and then added there were no drivers at the moment. This person hung up on me and yes I called back. Someone else answered (a guy) he refused to give me her name so I could make a complaint. He states per policy they aren't able to give out names. I said so if I come up there to get her name it's okay? He said yes BUT if I come up there hostel he would call the police. I said sir who said anything about causing a scene, I just wanted her name (something that could have been avoided had he just gave it to me. I then asked for manager he said he was. I asked his name he said Kenny (but I could have his name). He tells me that my order just went in the oven (after me explaining the reason for the callback). He tells me my order just went in the oven. So, they wanted me to wait another 30+ minutes. I told him cancel it and that I would be calling corporate to file a complaint. I will not do business with this location again. The employees and manager (this day) were awful.

This is one of the Domino's I've ever been to and I've been to many from the north east south and west in the united states.. They without a doubt make the best pizza when it comes to quality, and there customer service when coming in is Great. No body is perfect but I can't see how someone can dislike this Domino's.

I will not spend another dime at this place. My food arrived an hour and an half after I placed the order, it was cold and the wrong order. I immediately called the store to let them know I had received the wrong order and to ask for a refund for my inconvenience. The young man who answered was trying to rush me off the phone and offered a credit to use next time within in the next 7 days. I only eat pizza occasionally and told him I didn’t want it and simply wanted my money back. Still refused. I was very upset because we couldn’t eat anything we received and was told it would be an even longer wait if they remade the order. Horrible customer service! I will be contacting headquarters to get my money back.

My food is always fresh. My mom provide child care for my kids while I am at work. The employees there always make sure she has what's needed for after school.

I ordered brownies, Alfredo, and a pizza for my kids and myself. After giving my kids a piece of brownie, I took one for myself only to bite into it and find a piece of HAIR baked inside the brownie. Absolutely disgusting and extremely unsanitary. Employees should be required to fully cover their hair, including facial hair, while handling food.

To make it worse, when I called to report the issue, the person who answered had a nasty attitude. I was simply trying to figure out the next steps, but instead I was met with rudeness even though THEY were the ones at fault. Completely unacceptable. I lost my appetite and won’t be ordering from here again.

Delivery takes entirely too long. I’ve order from them 3 times and it’s takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the order.

Pizza took 2 hours to arrive and was lukewarm at best. Called the store after the app said it was delivered but it wasn’t. Friendly employee explained it’s still in its way. Still had to wait 30 minutes after that. I get it’s a Saturday night but it shouldn’t take 90 minutes in the delivery car to arrive.

Too bad you can’t rate zero stars!

Ordered my pizza and wings at 7:55Pm. Pizza did not show up until 10:50. Pizza looked like it was cooked the day before and it, along with the wings were cold. I tipped the driver well on the app in advance to add insult to injury.

Last time Dominos - never again.

I ordered my pizza on the app. I waited till it told me that it was ready, went in to get it and was told that it just went into the oven and would be 10 more minutes. Came back in 15 minutes later and had to wait another 20. I got home and the order was wrong so I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were busy. She did ask if she could help and I said no that I would like to speak to the manager and she said that they are unavailable and hung up on me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!

I love curbside carry out. You sit in your car & they bring your food right to you in your car. It’s so convenient. The employees are always friendly & food is always delicious.

I am a fan of Papa John's and did not like Dominos for years BUT this Dominos store has really earned my respect! This store has made a lot of hot, cheese bubbling fresh pizzas for me. Try their chicken bites too.
