When I got home the pizza was not the pizza That i ordered instead it was Hawaiian and I clearly said pepperoni pizza I want my refund

Rico made my pizza and it looked just like the commercial and tasted great too. Soooo happy. I ordered online and picked up. It was ready when I got there. This was 6pm on a Thursday.

I placed order at 8 pm. I called after 2 hours, even though it said 45 mins when I placed order. I gave it 2 hour a before I called to see when it might be out for delivery, because it was Halloween, but that was at 10. Manager said it would be another hour. I waited til 11:50 and called back, manger said order was delivered. I told him it wasn’t, and I wouldn’t be wasting my time calling him at 11:50 pm if I got it, I have work at 4 am. He really didn’t seem to care to help me. Did apologize for the inconvenience, he just tried to rush me off the phone. Only thing he offered was a refund tomorrow. Horrible customer service. And hopefully I’ll get my refund tomorrow.
Horrible service. Manager canceled order without confirming with me first. Stated their delivery times were longer than usual, which I expected given it is Halloween! After expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager just sat on the phone. No apology, nothing to make it right! Horrible customer service and I will not spend any money going forward at this location!!!

This deserves zero stars. I ordered a pizza at 6:25 pm. It didn't go into the oven until the scheduled delivery time. It was a Friday night on Halloween, so I can cut them some slack. Then another hour and a half goes by and no pizza is delivered. Two hours after I placed the order, the order is marked delivered and I still did not receive the pizza. Tried calling the store to ask what was going on or get a refund, but the phone line just plays ads on an endless loop.
I would give them more stars because overall I like the pizza and the drivers are always friendly. I always ask for square cut and well done crust, 9 out of 10 pizzas are going to be the exact opposite. Why bother asking me if the people making it don't read.

This location has become my go to spot for pizza. Always great service and timely deliveries. The team onsite is always courteous whenever we do pick up and make sure the orders are correct.

The staff here are a lot like the pizza they make, perfect every time. I've yet to have a bad experience from this store. Keep it up everyone because you're all awesome!
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been doing business with this location every Friday since I opened my business. I ordered 2 pizzas at 1144am estimated time was 34min. I have never had an issue with delivery. I went back online to track the status and was not able to get an update so I decided to call. The call was placed at 1230pm. I spoke to a young lady who refused to provide her name. I explained to her it's been 45min and still no pizza. She tells me AFTER I placed my order they had a huge order come in. I said that wasn't my problem, im call about my pizza. Then I asked her when would it be here? She said it just came out the oven (1240 now) and will be to me shortly. I asked her why wasn't I given a call explaining the delay (as I had in the pass)? She went back to talk about the huge order and then added there were no drivers at the moment. This person hung up on me and yes I called back. Someone else answered (a guy) he refused to give me her name so I could make a complaint. He states per policy they aren't able to give out names. I said so if I come up there to get her name it's okay? He said yes BUT if I come up there hostel he would call the police. I said sir who said anything about causing a scene, I just wanted her name (something that could have been avoided had he just gave it to me. I then asked for manager he said he was. I asked his name he said Kenny (but I could have his name). He tells me that my order just went in the oven (after me explaining the reason for the callback). He tells me my order just went in the oven. So, they wanted me to wait another 30+ minutes. I told him cancel it and that I would be calling corporate to file a complaint. I will not do business with this location again. The employees and manager (this day) were awful.

This is one of the Domino's I've ever been to and I've been to many from the north east south and west in the united states.. They without a doubt make the best pizza when it comes to quality, and there customer service when coming in is Great. No body is perfect but I can't see how someone can dislike this Domino's.
I will not spend another dime at this place. My food arrived an hour and an half after I placed the order, it was cold and the wrong order. I immediately called the store to let them know I had received the wrong order and to ask for a refund for my inconvenience. The young man who answered was trying to rush me off the phone and offered a credit to use next time within in the next 7 days. I only eat pizza occasionally and told him I didn’t want it and simply wanted my money back. Still refused. I was very upset because we couldn’t eat anything we received and was told it would be an even longer wait if they remade the order. Horrible customer service! I will be contacting headquarters to get my money back.

My food is always fresh. My mom provide child care for my kids while I am at work. The employees there always make sure she has what's needed for after school.

I ordered brownies, Alfredo, and a pizza for my kids and myself. After giving my kids a piece of brownie, I took one for myself only to bite into it and find a piece of HAIR baked inside the brownie. Absolutely disgusting and extremely unsanitary. Employees should be required to fully cover their hair, including facial hair, while handling food.
To make it worse, when I called to report the issue, the person who answered had a nasty attitude. I was simply trying to figure out the next steps, but instead I was met with rudeness even though THEY were the ones at fault. Completely unacceptable. I lost my appetite and won’t be ordering from here again.
