Domino's Pizza

7/14 online order. Long time customers. Order here once a week for the kids and my parents do as well. My husband clicked ranch instead of original sauce on accident. He called and the manager said he’d send another one out then when my husband asked around how long he changed his mind and said we’d have to go ahead and purchase another one. We said we’d gladly return the pizza. It was definitely husbands mistake but the manager literally said he’d send one out no problem then changed his mind mid conversation. Even though it was our mistake, we won’t be ordering from there again due to the strange and poor customer service. Lost two families who order weekly. No idea who the manager was on July 14th but, no good.

This location has one of the workers preparing pizza dough with his bare hands! He was touching on everything and pushing trash cans out the way whilst preparing pizza!! 🤢

He himself looked unhygienic like he scaryhes himself regularly and then gon handle the publics pizza!!! Yuuuuck!!

We ordered (3 pizzas and 2 stuffed cheesy breads) at 6:12, the app said 15-20 minutes. I got there at 6:50 and hadn’t even started the order. Told me 10 minutes, I came back in 16, and they said my order was coming out of the oven and they were waiting on my bread. 5-10 minutes later it was finally ready. I checked it and it looked fine. Brought it home to my son’s birthday party and served it. Luckily I was the only one to eat the bread as it tasted doughy. A closer look and i realized it all was extremely undercooked. They rushed the order just to get it out and even an hour after I placed my order the food wasn’t done and they are serving undercooked food.

I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes my order has been in a quality check status for 40 minutes this is crazy

Never again! I placed an order for delivery and received an approximate delivery time of 32-42 minutes. After waiting over one hour and 25 minutes I called the store to check on the order. I was informed that they were about to start my order. I asked for an updated delivery time and the response was, “I HAVE NO IDEA!.” The gentleman was rude but, clearly he was overwhelmed. I obviously cancelled my order.

Food as always is great, and pricing is perfect for a family of 4! There is quite a wait when going in to place an order as they are all working on the current orders they have, but not one person acknowledged that we were there and waiting to be serviced. Not even to tell us someone will be with us in a bit. They just kept going. I like that you can see them make the pizza, but there is a huge empty box taking up much space.

This will be the last time I order from Dominos. I’ve had trouble with the Eden Way, Chesapeake location regarding food, and customer service in the past but always hope for the best. Again, they disappoint. I ordered a medium pan with pepperoni, green pepper, and extra cheese. My pizza had no cheese at all from the crust two inches down and the green pepper was hit or miss on most slices. I really wanted to love this place as it’s so convenient but they’ve run out of chances. I called and spoke to Mgr. Katelyn and she gave me a credit but judging by her attitude she could’ve really cared less about my pizza, or keeping me as a customer. I’m done.

Ordered a well done pizza, received raw dough, called for a refund, no apology for the pizza, no offer to replace it, nothing. Save your money. Tonight I ate ramen

Been ordering from this location for the past 6+ years, always consistent, nothing to really rave about UNTIL TODAY!! KENNETH, YOU HAVE MADE THE MOST PERFECT, DELICIOUS PIZZA IVE EVER ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION!! WORKING ALL ALONE ON THIS RANDOM MONDAY, YOU DID YOUR BIG ONE! GIVE KENNETH A RAISE!! Omggg 😩

I was staying Wingate and I got domino’s but I didn’t want to drive so I ordered delivery and they didn’t just leave the food at front desk, They went to my room and gave me my food. 10/10

I love the friendly customer service . And I ❤️ the pizza. They get it right every time. Fast Service as well. Can't wait to get another pizza from this Domino's .

Pizza ready on time - picked it up & ate at home. Not even warm - looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. All ingredients stiff and dry. Still trying to figure out how it could be that bad. Won’t be back.
