Domino's Pizza

This store did an unauthorized transaction on my card and when I called they had nothing to resolve it but give me a dead phone number and hanging up on me. They also said that they have had this recently happen multiple times and deflected any accountability. THERE IS OBVIOUS FRAUD HAPPENING HERE. I supposedly talked to someone named Colby.

I ordered for delivery between 9.00 and 9:30pm. I received my order at 10:31pm. The food was cold. I tried calling and the staff would not pick up the phone. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I will never use this location again!

They ate my pizza. It was on sale and it was a $10 pizza and I tipped $2 which is 20% and they ate some of my pizza. Disgusting

So let’s start, the lobby? Tiny. Can barely fit 5 people in it. The food? Terrible. Dry, no garlic oil on the crust of our hand toss, crust was dry and flaky. And whoever cut it did a horrible job. Did not care one bit about making a proper cut, just sped through it and shoved me out the door with whatever you want to call this poor excuse of labor. Plus one of the two pizzas had a softball sized bubble in it. (Not pictured)

Typical Dominos in Hampton Roads. Service was 4 stars because I ordered for carside delivery, sat outside for 10 minutes with my hazards on, and in the correct vehicle I listed on the app - yet nobody came out. Not a big deal to have to walk into the store, but if they aren't going to participate in the carside delivery, they shouldn't offer it.

All in all, I would and probably will be ordering from this location again, lesson learned to treat it as normal pick next time.

The estimated time and pizza tracker are worthless. I don’t mind that it’s going to take 40 minutes to make my pizza on a Friday night. I mind that it said it’d take 20. I planned on that, showed up to the store, and they told me it’d be about 20. No thanks. Terrible customer service makes me not want to order here anymore

Domino's is reliable quality and delivers when you want your meal there. Thanks for remaining reliable when many restaurants have gone to crap.

Undercooked, slices weren't even cut all the way through. Horrible won't go to this dominoes again. Should of know it was gonna suck they had to give out two credits over the phone while I was waiting.

So I usually don't give bad reviews but I order from this location a lot. However this crew they have working during lunch is extremely lazy. This is the second time my toppings were light and really light this time. I ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. Please tell me where the mushrooms are? When I order mushrooms next time please Mr employee don't act like you purchased the mushrooms out of your paycheck.

Hey no biggie past delivery time at the store but on the app it tells me nothing and I would assume the manager for lack of better terms definitely vocalized how much of an inconvenience it is that online orders can be placed through still , after standing there for about two minutes the only person who even looked at me while I was here was name Isaiah . It felt like me choosing here to eat tonight was a problem , definitely won’t be problematic for this place anymore so no worries . I don’t usually leave reviews but sitting in my car driving off I just feel like as a manager of a successful business myself customer care is a top priority and is lacked here excessively.

7/14 online order. Long time customers. Order here once a week for the kids and my parents do as well. My husband clicked ranch instead of original sauce on accident. He called and the manager said he’d send another one out then when my husband asked around how long he changed his mind and said we’d have to go ahead and purchase another one. We said we’d gladly return the pizza. It was definitely husbands mistake but the manager literally said he’d send one out no problem then changed his mind mid conversation. Even though it was our mistake, we won’t be ordering from there again due to the strange and poor customer service. Lost two families who order weekly. No idea who the manager was on July 14th but, no good.

This location has one of the workers preparing pizza dough with his bare hands! He was touching on everything and pushing trash cans out the way whilst preparing pizza!! 🤢

He himself looked unhygienic like he scaryhes himself regularly and then gon handle the publics pizza!!! Yuuuuck!!

Ordered carry out. Waited for 1:16.
