Ordered a well done pizza, received raw dough, called for a refund, no apology for the pizza, no offer to replace it, nothing. Save your money. Tonight I ate ramen

I love the friendly customer service . And I ❤️ the pizza. They get it right every time. Fast Service as well. Can't wait to get another pizza from this Domino's .

Pizza ready on time - picked it up & ate at home. Not even warm - looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. All ingredients stiff and dry. Still trying to figure out how it could be that bad. Won’t be back.

My Local Family Favorite Pizza spot is Dominos at Eden way in Chesapeake. They're WONDERFUL! Orders are Always Exactly as Requested as(sometimes Kids are picky)& ya'll get it right! Celebrate throughout 2025 w/ the team there!👏🏻👍🏼❤

Nasty service ! Don’t go here does not take accountability , didn’t deliver my drink and instead of bringing it they decided to hang up. I asked the gentleman if he wanted me to send what’s on my end and he stated no I’m gonna just hang up. And he probably wonder why he works for Dominos lol customer service and him as a person trash 🗑️ don’t eat hear. Spend your money at a local pizzeria

Normally I go to the Battlefield location in Great Bridge, but this was the only one open the night I ordered. They were about an hour from closing time. Everything was as it normally would have been with the exception of the quality of my pizza. Which was horrible. I ordered a large 3 topping with extra cheese, pepperoni and onions. What I got, was a large, overcooked pizza with extra sauce, a few slices of roni and what seemed to be every onion on the prep table. No seasoning on crust like usual and it was somehow cool instead of hot or warm when I got the notification to come in and get it. Never going to that location if I can avoid it.

So disappointed at this location, have no idea why every time we order from here it tastes nasty. Frozen pizza tastes better and fresh than what we got today. Even my kids refused to eat it. Last time at any dominos

They need a handwashing station or gloves you can’t answer the phone touch your earbuds, glasses and computer with washing after. Customer service is pretty good here so I give 4 stars

I have been a loyal Domino’s customer and have loved their Pizza, however today they decided to serve me a poor quality pizza that I wouldn’t even feed my dog…. They have lost me as a customer

AWFUL LOCATION DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!

Gave this store a couple of tries, but have been disappointed multiple times now. When ordering through the app, the store will mark it delivered before it actually is delivered. “Manager” is unprofessional and hung up the phone on me twice when calling to ask where my food was. Absolutely poor service, please please please find a different pizza place or location if you want decent food/service.
