On a Friday busy as all pizza places are an there had to be a computer glitch to not process my order or payment and after the lovely employee says after I came back to pick my order she explained it never went through an it wasnt her fault and so she was so kind, patient, and calmly asked for me to call my bank to see if it went through and usually I always ask any place of business please so kindly give me a receipt and I didn't even ask but I was on the phone for nearly 25 minutes waiting for a person to come on as I had to be placed in line over the phone and as I did accordingly she reprocessed my ordered as I was on hold and once I was done I explained that it never processed and so her and I never butted heads she was as nice as she was when she took the first order and it was busy as a Friday evening is and she gave me a cold 20oz coke as I waited another 25 minutes and I would go there if they had a line wrapped around South Battlefield blvd cause the entire staff never changed their professional work ethics they stayed on key and they weren't bothered by how busy or how the phone was ringing and the young woman answered phones as she assisted me and I tried to give her a tip but there wasn't tip process to do so but they should cause she was doing 5 to 8 things at the same time and they all need raises and I thank the entire staff and management for having Excellency of how great your team is ......I give TOP INFINITY 10 OR INFINITY A+'s

I specifically asked for well done and the pizza showed up within 12 minutes of ordering and the was white on the bottom. We had to throw it in the oven for almost 20 minutes once we received. Don't usually have issues but last few times it hasn't been good at all.

Apparently my carry out order wasn't as important as your delivery orders since my order was pushed back an additional 30 minutes. Since your customer service stinks, I canceled the order and picked up food elsewhere!

Yeah I can't recommend this dominos. They don't honor your coupons, their drivers are reckless and will almost hit you pulling out of their parking lot, and it's just ok pizza, it's not like it's anything special. They mass produce it. So go down the road and support Chesapeake Pizza instead.

Gave it 4 stars because it is just a pizza place, nothing fancy just good pizza at a good price. Friday night are usually the longest wait for pizza, approximately 60 minutes. All other times seem to be 15-20 minutes.

Manger on around 6pm Friday handled a (less than intelligent) man who was pissed about the online queue system. There was literally not a thing an individual working for a corporation could do to fix it. As a manager myself, these interactions are typically frustrating beyond belief. Manager held their own and offered an apology and kept it professional. To that man, if you're reading this, learn to relax bud!
Not sure what happened to this location. Used to be quick and hot. But last few times the order took well over an hour pizza was luke warm. Hopefully they get it together soon. I usually enjoy the pizza
