I’ll be contacting corporate because of how terrible the service was. I ordered online and requested extra toppings even down to the cheese as well we cooked well done. I spoke with Josh who is the manager and he was worse than the employee. He didn’t care at all about the concern. Proceeded to go back and forth about how it looked standard enough to him. I also mentioned it was supposed to be well done he said that didn’t come through the computer but I showed him online that I in fact did request that. He didn’t offer a solution just kept saying well it didn’t come through. Then HE looked at the pizza again and said “well it could’ve had more chicken” but still no solution offered just rushed me out the store with a nasty look on his face and told me to look on Google to file a complaint

Did not take a picture, but pizza was dry, toppings overcooked, pizza not cut. Wings had sauced slopped on them on top, but not mixed together. Overall appearance was sloppy, messy and dry. Wings tasted disgusting.

Placed order online around 5pm. Received text at 5:37 that “Travis” left with my order. An hour after I received the message, my order had not arrived so I called the store and explained what was going on. The employee asked for my address and placed me on hold. He then came back and said my order was not at the store and should be on its way. I reiterated that I had been waiting for an hour since being updated through the app and text. He then said “maybe he’s in traffic” 😖 I told him the store is 20 minutes from my house and asked if I could get a refund. He placed me on hold to talk to the manager and came back and said all they could offer was a credit for another order!! I told him that was unacceptable and I would not be returning to the store. I then asked if he could make the order again and deliver and all he could offer was the same credit and tell me the order should be on the way. The manager did not even have the decency to get on the phone to rectify the issue! I waited another hour and my food never arrived!!!!! My order total with tip came to about $70 dollars and I never got the food and had to get food elsewhere!! Horrible service and I will never be back!!!

My husband ordered food to get a call right back stating they don’t deliver to our area why would they take the money it should be cut off for delivery

I've been to MULTIPLE Domino's in my life. This was the WORST one I've been to. After ordering a delivery for a buffalo chicken pizza, it was without a MAIN ingredient- buffalo sauce. We called, and they offered to remake it and deliver it. After waiting for 30 minutes, they didn't deliver it. We called back, and they acted like they've NEVER heard of this ever happening. We were shocked, bewildered, and saddened. They never responded- and we never got our pizza.

Deserves zero. Placed an order and after an hour of nothing called the store to see what was up. Was told my food had been sitting for 30+ minutes offered to make a new one but would be at least another hour. I’ll be ordering elsewhere from now on

Workers were nice but the pizza was terrible. Very salty and dough didn't rise or something. It also had a sour taste and looked really orange.

Ordered through the app for a certain time, ended up showing up early politely asked if they could start it now that I'm here instead of waiting for another 30min since I had kids with me, cashier asked the manager and the manager even though I was there pretended not to see me and said I have to wait for my time because he has other pizzas, I mean I'm not too upset about the wait but the guy shouldn't be a manager I'd he can't handle business and speak to a customer properly, the cashier or girl up front started nicely trying to respond I told her not to bother I heard what he said, and that I would be back.

This domino's never disappoints, food is always delicious and on point! Service is good, normal wait times when it's busy.

Delivery guy was cool..............thats about the only positive. I took pictures, but undercooked, I asked for extra sauce and 0 sauce, I mean like 0, it was cheese melted to the bread, Ive had cheese sticks better out of a food truck.......

The delivery driver immediately ask my wife was we tipping the driver not Kool and very rude to ask if your tipping before you hand over the food

if you haven't tried Dominos lately, try it again! Hampton Roads parkway, Suffolk location is great. Try 6.99 each deal for up to 5 or 6 items, Great deal. dipping sauces are delicious with bread twists and garlic knots! Everything was good. No complaints Great value, especially if you have many to feed, LOL
