Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza for dinner for my kids and I at 540pm. Took over an hour for the pizza to arrive after seeing it was estimated 30min. When the driver did finally arrive, he tried to give me an order that wasn't mine. He went back to the car and turns out he didn't have my order at all. Called the store back and they offered to resend my order, so I could end up waiting another hour, if I'm lucky. Told them to just refund me, as I will not be ordering from this store again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Your time and money is better spent elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza drove home it was terrible.Drove back wait for them to make another it was better but not worth the time to shop with this pizza place will never do it again.

Ordered pizza at 6pm on a Monday night. They end up delivered the order to a completely different area. So we ask for it to be remade and delivered. We call an hour later for updates and they said it was just finished being made. I ask to see if there’s anything we can do to make this quicker and manager just puts me on hold. We finally get the pizza at 8:29pm

Just had to say as long as we’ve enjoyed the consistent excellent service and tasty pizza from Domino’s, today they showed they really care about the customers. Alyssa delivered the pizza faster than expected, with a smile and a very friendly presentation just to top it off with a free pizza, courtesy of the manager. Thank you for making our day!!

Very bad when I called the phone this woman would not stop talking about garlic on pizza. I am allergic to garlic I find this very offensive and disrespectful. I will not be calling this dominos again the amount of garlic mentioned was ridiculous!!!! 😤

The quality of this location has gone down.. I placed an order today for delivery, I was placed on hold about 3 times. Finally, I was able to have my order taken. I asked the guy if they were really busy today. He said blatantly no. I tried to place my order, and he rushed my order thinking I was going to get what I got last time.. My order was placed. Finally. I got my pizza, and it looked like they bought a frozen pizza from Walmart and placed it in the oven. No extra cheese or meat was placed on my order as I purchased it. This location is TRASH WHICH MEANS MANAGEMENT IS TRASH AS WELL. THE WHOLE STAFF MUST BE TRASH. If you value good pizza, never go to Domino's again. I hope this was helpful to pizza lovers!

Nice size location, can dine inside. Service was good, food was good.

The entire staff was not wearing gloves while making pizzas, which is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I observed them wiping their hands on their aprons and then returning to make pizzas, handling money, and touching everything in between—like the countertops and the main door—before resuming pizza preparation. I was shocked to see this, especially since the pizzas are made openly for customers to see. This should be a code violation.

I drive an extra mile to visit this location in order to avoid the Atlantic Ave location by my house. Their personalities may be a little dry, but that are hard working and professional.

This is my new favorite Dominos location, superior customer service over the one on Atlantic Ave. very fast, friendly people. Excellent on all levels.

The service of these employees is terrible. Brook or Brooklyn really needs to get her attitude together. Customer service skills suck. Restock your inventory if your out of plates, napkins, and sauce. This young lady always brings her personal problems to work. Bring the guy with the glasses back, he kept the kitchen running smooth!!!

Nice dining room and nice staff, but the hot wings and pizza weren't that good, and I didn't see anyone preparing food wear gloves. That's always disturbing.

They took my order, cancelled it. Cannot refund the money for 7 business days. They knew ahead of time that they could not take orders and did it anyways. The customer service sucks because they hung up on me 2 times. They should be rated -100. What decent company processes an order knowing they could not take it. The guy blamed it on the computer. The computer is operated by people, their people. Do not trust dominos. They are not worth it.
