I have ordered to-go from this store 4 times. Each time I have requested soy/ponzu sauce on my poke bowl and every single time they have give me a mayonnaise-based sauce instead. It’s disgusting and frustrating. On top of that, I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Ever. Complete joke of an establishment.

My friends and I were really looking forward to grabbing boba and food from Demoishi, especially after reading great things and seeing that they’re open until 9 PM—both online and clearly posted on the door. But when we showed up at 8:45 PM, the doors were locked, the sign was off, and the staff inside simply watched us try to enter without acknowledging us at all.
It’s frustrating when a business advertises one thing but operates however they feel like. In a time when every guest counts and spending habits are more cautious, turning away customers early—without explanation—just feels careless. Thankfully, CAVA next door was still open and happy to serve us.
We were genuinely excited to get Demoishi, but this left a sour taste before we ever got to try anything. Hopefully management takes this seriously, because inconsistent hours and poor service like this drive guests away.

It's good. Just know that they're dressings are creamy, even the sesame ginger dressing (which DID NOT have "mayo" next to it). It should be indicated that they are creamy. Had I known, I would have asked for the dressing on the side or not gotten it at all. I don't expect Asian sauces to be creamy, that's why I don't bother asking for them on the side. I ordered delivery, so I couldn't ask for it to be remade. Bummer. And the sauce smelled better than it tasted. :/
