Food was excellent, we got three donuts and two breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommend for the food. Service was a little subpar, the girl who took our order did excellent, but the other staff with her were more concerned with something else rather then making our order.. We waited around 18 minutes.

These are amazing donuts. You can get basically any creation you can imagine as a topping. The donuts are a magical cake batter mixture that let's them be reheated. I had no idea the delicious, colorful dip is liquid fondant. These are so good.

The whole experience was wonderful?. Immensely enjoyed the interaction and creativity at the store with Zaviera and Katy. We enjoyed the 6 donuts so much that we forgot to take pictures ?

The only disappointment is that they do not offer gluten-free options. Besides that, the doughnuts were delicious, and I love that they sell the little ducks. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend them.

Dietary restrictions: They do NOT sell gluten-free doughnuts.

Kid-friendliness: You can buy mini plastic ducks, which I'm sure will make any kid happy! I'm an adult, and I was very happy picking one out.

I’ve previously been to this location and the service was superb. This time around, the service was slow. The staff was extremely rude because of a language barrier. I repeated my order to her three times. She grew frustrated because she had to change the order numerous time due to her lack of understanding. We waited approximately 15 - 20 minutes for our order. She still fixed a portion of the order wrong. When I called her over and attempted to fix it, she snatched the drink off the counter and proceeded to speak to her coworker in her native tongue. My milkshake looked like it had been sitting. I asked to speak to the manager. She calls her on speaker and when I’m speaking with the mama, she and her coworker are laughing in the background. The manager states that they are new…but new has nothing to do with maintaining professionalism. If your employee is going to have half her face pierced, she could at least not act unprofessionally since you already look it. Can’t have pierced faces and act like you have no sense simultaneously. I will never spend my money at this location again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The manager is better off running it by herself. Never again will they get my money.

This location is the best duck donuts in the area!! The staff is very friendly and courteous great customer service. I was there this morning and had an awesome experience. I ordered two of the breakfast sandwiches on donuts --delicious. I ordered two latte coffees great as well. And I ordered the morning box assortment of donuts fantastic!! They never disappoint! Their donuts look like you pick them up at a high-end bakery they're very artistically done they taste as good as they look I definitely recommend them and I will be back again and again. I also got a chance to meet the owner - very nice gentleman. I rated five stars because there's no option to rate for 10 but they are above and beyond in customer service; in presentation; in food quality and all for a great price. Donuts are made while you wait so they're always fresh and flavors change with seasons so there's always something new and exciting to try. Go grab a dozen donuts for yourself and pick some up for the office too!! YUM YUM ?

Service was slow because the employees were too busy talking to a friend the entire time while making my donuts. They would stop making the donuts talk and then start making my donuts again.
