I ordered and paid for a Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese in the drive-thru today. When I drove down the street and opened it, I found that the cheese was cold and stiff, as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. The name of the item clearly explains how it should be prepared — grilled — and this was nowhere close.
I turned around and went inside to have it corrected. After showing the issue to the staff, they took the sandwich back but simply left it sitting on the counter while the cook looked unsure of what to do. At that point, more of my time had already been wasted. I had to leave, and you can keep the sandwich and my money — I had other things to do.

The morning crew — Emmett, Ruth, Yamila, and Rachel — are consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. I’ve been coming since February, and they never miss a beat. I go to this location at at least 4 to 5 days a week, and Ruth consistently makes my experience a great one. She always gets my order right, no matter how busy it is. Ruth is kind, professional, and incredibly efficient—exactly the kind of person you want to see first thing in the morning. It’s clear she cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She’s truly a bright spot in my daily routine (I literally get happy when I hear her voice in the drive thru speaker, because I know my coffee will be hot, fresh and the way I ordered it - that’s a good day in the making 😂). Thank you, Ruth, for your excellent service!
Grabbed one of my usual to him the little snack wrap was good. The bacon was cooked well. Of course I had to get a delicious chocolate frosted 🍩 as well. The drive-thru went quick and they were friendly.

Food is always pleasant when donuts are involved for a teen and a 10 year old. Place is great and being from Boston, its the best place to be anytime of day. The only complaint I would have is the customer service from the associates I guess. They are just not friendly, not always. Its hit or miss I guess. Otherwise its my place!

I have been going to this Dunkin’ for about a year now. Every single staff member except 1 has been extremely friendly every time I come in. It’s a very clean establishment, and they seem to take pride in what they do. Emit, and Rachel are the absolute best. They do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience, even when they’re swamped. I love this location solely because of the people 🥰
