I go to this location at at least 4 to 5 days a week, and Ruth consistently makes my experience a great one. She always gets my order right, no matter how busy it is. Ruth is kind, professional, and incredibly efficient—exactly the kind of person you want to see first thing in the morning. It’s clear she cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She’s truly a bright spot in my daily routine (I literally get happy when I hear her voice in the drive thru speaker, because I know my coffee will be hot, fresh and the way I ordered it - that’s a good day in the making 😂). Grabbed one of my usual to him the little snack wrap was good. The bacon was cooked well. Of course I had to get a delicious chocolate frosted 🍩 as well. The drive-thru went quick and they were friendly.

Food is always pleasant when donuts are involved for a teen and a 10 year old. Place is great and being from Boston, its the best place to be anytime of day. The only complaint I would have is the customer service from the associates I guess. They are just not friendly, not always. Its hit or miss I guess. Otherwise its my place!

I have been going to this Dunkin’ for about a year now. Every single staff member except 1 has been extremely friendly every time I come in. It’s a very clean establishment, and they seem to take pride in what they do. Emit, and Rachel are the absolute best. They do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience, even when they’re swamped. I love this location solely because of the people 🥰

The staff at this Dunkin were very friendly and kept the drive through running smoothly. From what I could tell the inside was very clean. My food was prepared correctly and was warm when I got it.
