I didn't catch her name but she had long black hair and a small tattoo I believe of angel wings on an upper arm. She is a complete blessing. For a pregnant mother with three young handfuls just trying to get her kids a treat she was a life saver 😭

The managers here left two people to run the store. One was a person with 4 days on the job and it was the others first day and they were not trained to make anything except for iced coffee and hot coffee and did not know how to find certain items on the register and we ordered on the phone to make it easier for them. The management should be ashamed. The workers helped us with a cheery attitude even though they were struggling.

Now this Dunkin doesnt look like much, but holy crap the service is great. Whoever is working today Jan 4th you are awesome! They are polite, kind and made my food fresh . Hands down best Dunkin in the area, that wake up wrap was made with love.

The service here was abysmal. No one even acknowledged we were here, even though we were the only ones in the store. The kiosk was complicated, the coffee was watery, and the donuts stale. And expensive! Could not have been worse. This place has gone way downhill since remodeling. So sad.

The young lady didn't come from the back of the store to service me. She waited until I got into my car. Then she came out to the front. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend this store. Smh, No donuts 😢 for my husband and I.
Out of jelly doughnuts by 9:00. Other doughnut selection very limited. Isn’t this place supposed to have a steady supply of doughnuts? The other Dunkin’s around Chesapeake and Virginia Beach are all the same. Corporate! Wake up!
