Always on point. I rock with them.Everybody hits this one up so if you see a long line, just chill and be easy bro.

I went here this morning for coffee and a bagel and I left feeling very happy! The woman at the front who made my coffee was very friendly and even asked me how my drink was after she made it. The man who was preparing food in the back was also very polite. He told me to drive safe as it was raining this morning. It is very refreshing to have such a good experience to start your day. The service was quick and efficient as well!

Customer service is very poor. Relying on brand to keep business open. I was there this morning and waited for a long time only to be ignored over other customers. When I tried to inquire on the status of my order I was rudely told to wait without getting a word out of my mouth. I would skip this store for the one on Volvo even if I had to drive farther.

They're working hard from early morning just like me. It's nice to see them greet me with smiles before sunrise sometimes.

If it wasn't for Baskin Robin being in there, I would probably never go again. The donuts are not to my liking. They are OK but I prefer a different brand of sugar products if I'm going to spend my money. I have some credit at Dunkin' which I may use in a pinch. But if I have a craving for something sweet, I would not think of them.

This is my favorite dunkin! The people here are always so nice and friendly! I wish they had a functioning drive-thru tho and unfortunately it is in a horrible area to be able to pull in and out of. But the service is amazing!!

Service wasn't great today. I don't go to Dunkin' Donuts often, maybe once a year to get donuts for work. Today I was greeted with repeated "What do you want?" when I was choosing my donuts from a terrible selection. The person getting them for me didn't say anything related to a greeting, and I was the only customer there so it wasn't during any sort of rush. She snatched the donuts off of the shelves so fast that some fell on the floor. I'll never go back to this location.

This is theeee WORST Dunkin’ in the area. It’s old and run down. The service sucks and the other day I went in (out of desperation) and I believe the worker put something like salt in the coffee. Because it was so disgusting. And she wasn’t even concerned when I said something. She immediately ordered a refund and nothing more. Not even an apology. Do not go here!!!!

Been coming here for over half a year now, always using the app. The people are always very polite, but they completely oversweeten every single drink. If you select the default 4 pumps it tastes like they've added 8... My wife normally requests only 2 pumps and it tastes almost normal. We went on a trip this weekend and stopped at 3 different Dunkies, and they were all perfectly sweetened as ordered. Come home and order the exact same thing I drank all weekend and this is so sweet it's making me sick to drink (prompting this review). These lattes cost too much for this ****! You are not doing anyone any favors by adding extra pumps to people's drinks and it's infuriating trying to guess how pump-happy they are any given day.Not as important as the ruined overpriced drinks, but all the other Dunkies made perfectly cooked hash browns, why is this one's hash browns always somehow burnt yet undercooked in the middle?? I really want this place to be good because it's our closest but I can't even estimate how many unsatisfactory orders I've gotten from them.

We recently started coming to this Dunkin as the one we usually go to is under remodel. Both times the food was burnt and very sub par. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the first time was just a bad day. This visit was horrible. After placing my order I told the cashier I was taking my drinks out and would be right back in to please let me know when the food was ready. After talking to a few other customers and watching them get their food I approached the counter and ask about my order. The girl was like oh it's over here it's been sitting here ready. So I ask her if the food was still hot as I had never been told when my food was ready that it would be set in a certain place and was not alerted that the food was ready. I was not rude in any way to the cashier as I was asking her questions about my food. She told me that at this point she would just refund the money and I could get food elsewhere. I didn't understand her rudeness as I wasn't being rude in anyway. I just told her to give me my food and asked for the top I had given her back. She told me it was theft of I took my tip back. Don't know who taught these employees customer service but it's very lacking. When I got home the food is burnt and the snacking bacon is little bits and not the strips you should receive. Needless to say I will never return to this location and can't wait until my regular Dunkin is back open.

DO NOT work here. The manager only pertains to herself and she would continuously threatened to fire me. She has went around talking about to the other employees saying she was sick of me because I “didn’t want to work” I was sick and I showed her a doctors note and apparently that means I’m skipping out on working. I’ve asked to pick up shifts but she continues to ignore my messages and also would schedule me on the days I told her I couldn’t work DURING hiring. She does not wash her hands or use gloves when she making food. She even did the same thing she’s doing to me to a previous employee because he had a learning disability. She’s not a good manager and need to be fired. Her name is Dana. She has tooken me off the schedule for the past three weeks and scratched me off even though I am STILL a Dunkin employee. If I was fired, I would’ve been told. I will be reporting her because she’s been getting away with mistreatment to newer employees for too long.
