The employees are always nice especially KIM! However, this place ALWAYS messes up my online orders. If it weren’t for Kims kindness & sincerity, I would’ve been upset about it today. (Give her a raise! She is such a rare light)
CHECK YOUR BAGS before you leave. I always order online on my app & EVERY SINGLE TIME (not over-exaggerating) we went to pick our order up, some items were missing. My husband had to drive back 3 times to get the missing items & he refuses to go anymore. Now, I have to go with my app to check if everything is there. And of course, some of the order is ALWAYS missing. Its a problem with their printer but management needs to find a solution!
Oh and the wraps are small- like toddler-size small.
They have the best service and their espresso is the best hands down

The staff are pleasant. My coffee can be a hit or miss. As for the food I usually just get a donut. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese that was served in the bagel seemed like they just smacked a chunk in the middle of the bagel. The amount given could've really been used for 3 bagels. Idk, it just didn't seem like thats normal, to me, but if it is ... wowww Dunkin... portion control!

The manager was extremely rude and the food was of extremely poor quality. They didn't have all of our food and when we said something the manager said we could leave the store.

Donuts are horrible, and they never have many to choose fromThe last two times I ordered vanilla icing filled, I ended up with Bavarian cream and threw away as I dont like Bavarian or Boston cream.Today, I ordered 2 vanilla filled and opened them up first to make sure. I couldn't tell as the donuts weren't filled with anything.Guess I'll have to find another place for coffee and donuts because I won't go back to dunkin.This place is a joke! They used to be good. What a shame. Oh and they discontinued the chocolate cream filled. I should have stopped going then

I visit the Dunkin every Sunday after church. The service is always outstanding! The food absolutely delicious and the employees go out of their way to be friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work.
