Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was spot on. Got a frozen coffee...it was horrible. Tasted there was a dish rag in the cup. I threw it out and now I'm hunting for another dunkin.

Multiple times I have gotten my food either cold or downright still frozen. And I decided to try and give it another chance and that was a horrible mistake. My almost $6 dollar drink was so white/tan it might as well have been milk. It was supposed to be an iced mocha signature latte, at other Dunkin’s it has never been this light. It was gross and barely had any coffee in it and that tasted extremely watered down.

UPDATING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW/ Since my review below I have gone five times to the establishment. Seems some staff were fired and some very sweet people were hired. Since my last review i have been greeted, and my drinks and food have been made great. Keep it up!
Worst Dunkin Donuts in the Tide Water area. Workers don’t give a rats @$$ about their job im confused how they haven’t been all fired. They don’t greet you, they mumble and make you repeat yourself several times just to get your order wrong completely or made terribly. I contacted Dunkin itself to try and get a refund because when i get my drinks for my wife they are always not made properly. She refuses to come to this location anymore anf would rather drop 20$ on a damn starbucks drink then get some gross tap water dirty matcha. They can’t even interpret the order and constantly put sausage on crap instead of bacon.
Now all this can sound petty right? But imagine this. If they dont care about their job at all, they don’t care if they make your food right, or your drinks, they dont greet you in the great SOUTHERN state of Virginia.
Doesnt that make you question if they wash their hands when using the bathroom and going to work? or disinfecting surfaces properly? based off just the simple crap they cant bring themselves to do. that should make you question if they follow any guidelines when it comes to health safety.
Again I contacted cooperate and nothing has changed, this place is trash and I have been a loyal Dunkin customer since I popped out my mom.

Only 3 choices for donuts were available. Service was extremely slow. Waited 15 minutes for 1 order of egg bites. Associates seemed totally disinterested in taking care of customers.
The workers are incompetent and never know what is happening. They consistently make drinks wrong or forget about your order even after asking 3-4 times. This may have been the worst dunkin I have ever been to and know I will never step foot into this horrid establishment ever again.

By far the greatest experience I’ve had at any breakfast/donut shop in the area. The food was HOT and the cold brew was good. Bagel toasted perfectly, the food was still hot like it just came out of the oven, and the donut was good. Typically these sandwiches are room temperature at best, sometimes it’s a little burnt, hash rounds are cold, and/or the cold brew is not mixed well and all the syrup and sugar is left on the bottom at almost any donut shop in the area. Nothing was cold, food was very fresh and delicious and the cold brew was mixed well with the flavor syrups and cream. Thank you so much it made my day!!

I ordered a medium peppermint mocha… I hadn’t even taken a sip when I took this photo. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I just wish I would’ve ordered a small and saved some money :( The bagel was good though!

It’s kinda weird eating a donut without the hole in it or whatever it is called. Anyways, there are sometimes flies all over the place, and the price for their donut sometimes isn’t worth it, regardless, this is the Dunkin’ that’s walking distance and it isn’t bad every time, I can say at least.

10/20/2024 Very consistent with POOR SERVICE! Remodeling did nothing for poorly trained employees with attitudes. Each time we go we have to ask for a fresh shot, otherwise we get a stale shot or like yesterday NO SHOT! One employee explained they are working on the employees NOT to use old stale shots. Yesterday 10/20/24 I got NO shot! Basically a weak chocolate milk with white milk running down the side of the cup. The three guys I saw working couldn't be bothered! They had a line of about 5 vehicles. Hopefully they don't consider that a rush at 2 pm on a Sunday. I've tried since yesterday to call their number on the receipt, it rings, then says they aren't available and then it makes the sound of a fax machine. So, I spent $5.81 on a med drink that I poured down the drain. It is worth the trip to drive to Edinburg to get my FRESH Coffees, shots, and gift cards.
