Went for the WICKED tin, they were out of the special munchkins for tin. No problem. We got 5 powder and 5 cinnamon munchkins that were damp from air moisture and a drink. $18. I was disappointed in the donuts but I tried to ask for different and they said they're all like that. 🤷♀️

The gentleman who works the drive through has absolutely no customer service. No hello, no good morning, no I'm confirmation of my order. He has been argumentative about my order when he got my order mixed up with someone else. I almost dropped my items when he handed me everything at once. I hate that this is the only Dunkin on my route to work.

I've gone here 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks and they keep messing up my mobile order... drinks come out just fine but the food is always messed up or wrong. I've ordered a chocolate frosted donut and received a glazed donut with chocolate frosting smeared ontop. I've received a regular glazed when I ordered a chocolate glaze. And when I get a maple bacon breakfast sandwich I switch the croissant out for a bagel, they have messed this one up twice. Wasn't like this previously idk what happened it's not like it's busy when I come by there's 0-1 cars in line and maybe a person or 2 in the lobby...

Go to Hillcrest DD instead. When you ask for a large over there, you'll get a large. Cedar DD, I thought maybe it was a one time thing, it wasn't. When you order a large, you'll get a large cup half filled. Happened multiple times. Not sure if it's under new management or what. Used to be great.

i asked for an iced americano and got the cup nearly half empty. i asked them to fill it to the top because its literally just water and they refused and were rude about it even though they have filled it MANY times before when i’ve asked including just yesterday. they said they would have to charge me to add water to it

Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was spot on. Got a frozen coffee...it was horrible. Tasted there was a dish rag in the cup. I threw it out and now I'm hunting for another dunkin.
Multiple times I have gotten my food either cold or downright still frozen. And I decided to try and give it another chance and that was a horrible mistake. My almost $6 dollar drink was so white/tan it might as well have been milk. It was supposed to be an iced mocha signature latte, at other Dunkin’s it has never been this light. It was gross and barely had any coffee in it and that tasted extremely watered down.
