I had to wait a little before the employee attended to me. The employee was respectful but not happy. Not very many customers at this store every time I visit.

The people who work here, minus maybe two people, are INSUFFERABLE and have the WORST ATTITUDE out of anywhere I’ve ever been. They had me questioning myself the way they talk to me, and it was always the young girls, so I thought maybe they didn’t like me cause I’m their age? I was questioning how I was saying hello and how I order, to make sure they aren’t reacting to me. But no matter how nice I was, it was the same response. There was a time where she was so rude to me that I just drove away, cause at this rate, girl your coffee isn’t good enough to put up with that. If you’re that miserable at your job maybe find a new one.

Employee name Tanner. We ordered 1 medium hot cappuccino for total 5:47. He served 1/4 th cup only. It’s better to get coffee from 7 eleven. Second thing no greetings at all and no smile on his face. Very bad experience on this location.

Hello, this location is usually always busy, and the employees and managers are amazing at their jobs. I recently visited Dunkin Donuts 7/2, around 9:30 am. I am the type of person to always have money in my account , or at minimum prepared to make a purchase. Today, I was able to pay about 3/4 of the check with one of my cards. And the other was declining, however, Honesty, a warm smiling employee, whatever her position may be, she said don't worry about it we have you today and covered a couple dollars for me. And I appreciate her greatly for helping me out with that kind of exceptional customer service. I will be a returning customer for sure because of how amazing and easy she made my awkward experience. I hope she is recognized for her abilities and skill. Thank you again, highly recommend this location!

Good stop for travelers but FYI if you have a baby, there are no changing tables in the restrooms. Just a heads up for those who need to know.

I love their chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles and their breakfast sandwiches are pretty solid. My mother LOVES their coffee.
I’ve frequented this location for over a year now. I’ve given more chances at redemption than I’d like to admit. With that being said, this is THE WORST location I have ever given my money to. Poor customer service starting at the drive thru - this is certainly no Chik-Fil-A. Don’t expect greetings or pleasantries, but instead attitudes and crudeness. That experience typically carries to the window where they’ll take your payment, hand over your order, and send you off without having said a single word. Regarding the product itself, coffee is inconsistent and the food nearly inedible. I’ve received sandwiches still frozen into the second bite. Donuts and munchkins are stale and old (thank God my toddler doesn’t seem to mind.) Hashbrowns are soggy and soaked in OLD frying oil. There really are no facets to overall operations that I can complement. I strongly encourage management and/or owner/operators to dial in and make immediate improvements. Business will continue to be lost until that happens, including mine.

My wife and I have bought donuts and coffee on several occasions since we moved to the area. The morning crew is the definition of BAD ATTITUDE. Not once have they said one positive word to either of us. Drive through or walk in does not change the atmosphere. This morning we went in and the young lady spoke so low we couldn’t even make out what she was saying. My wife ask for a dozen donuts and she said “ How many donuts do you want?” My wife who does not put up with crappy attitudes said A DOZEN again. The girl took off her headset and through them on the counter as if we were the ones with the negative attitude. Half of the assortment of donuts were stale, just like the morning crew. Not once have we heard Good morning, or what can we do for you, or even a How are you this morning. I think the management should invest in an attitude seminar for this bunch. This negative energy has happened every single time we have visited this establishment. We will start using another local Dunkin Donuts from now on. Jeez, if your not a morning person get a night job!
